Coins From Heaven

Hello Julie,

I have been experiencing finding coins almost every day, sometimes more than ten times a day.

At this point, it happens so frequently, I just expect the coins to show up.

The coins can be pennies, nickels, dimes, or quarters, and show the year my loved ones’ or my husband’s loved ones’ died.

I call out and ask what they’re trying to tell us. Please tell me what you think.

Hi Teresa,

Your loved ones are letting you know several things:

– They’re always around you.

– The death year shown is to celebrate their “Heavenly” birthdays, i.e., when they transitioned.

– You are attracting abundance.

Furthermore, in many cultures, coins have historically been a part of burial practices.

In Greek mythology, coins were needed to get to the afterlife so in ancient Greece, coins would be placed in the mouth or eyes of the deceased and provide money for their journey.

In Cambodia, a silver or gold coin was placed in the mouth of the deceased before cremation. This was considered the only wealth the dead could take to the afterlife. 

Another burial tradition in many cultures is the practice of putting coins on graves. When visiting Veteran cemeteries in the United States, you may see coins on headstones.

There is a meaning associated with each coin. A penny means someone has visited the grave. A nickel signifies the visitor served with the deceased service member at boot camp. A dime means the visitor and deceased service member served together at some point and a quarter is left by someone who was physically with the service member when he or she died.

Coins are left on graves in other cultures too. Throughout Latin America, people leave coins on the graves of their loved ones. This happens predominantly in areas where wealth isn’t plentiful. Leaving a few coins on a grave is a way to show respect without having to find the money for a bouquet of flowers.

Angels and Animals

After losing my father on November 15th, 2022, I started searching, learning, listening, and trying to get a better understanding of things from a spiritual level. This has brought me to find you on a podcast with Dr. Amy Robbins, buy your Angelic Attendants book, and listen to your podcast.

I plan on calling on Thursdays to try to get a few minutes with you to ask about my father.

In the meantime, I’m wondering if you’ve witnessed a passing animal’s transition? Is it the same as humans? Are they surrounded by angels, and perhaps animal and human spirits?

Hi Brooke,

My sincere condolences on the loss of your father. I hope you found some comfort from reading my book.

As for the spiritual side of an animal’s passing, yes, I have witnessed many, including my own pets’ transitions.

It’s been my experience that like humans, an animal’s spirit exits the body through the top of the head and will stay attached during the dying process. That’s where the similarities end.

To date, I haven’t witnessed an animal being surrounded by other animal spirits, angels, or human spirits. That doesn’t mean they aren’t with those beings once they’ve transitioned, just that I don’t see it during the actively dying phase.

It’s interesting to note, however, there are many examples of animals knowing when an animal or human in their midst is dying.

For example, wild horses come to say goodbye to a dying horse in their herd, and there are many stories about elephants walking long distances in a sort of funeral procession to pay their respects to a human friend who died.

The best news however, is, our deceased pets’ spirits are always around us and we can communicate with them whenever we like.

Enhancing Spirit Communication

Hi Julie,

When I was young, I was able to communicate with animals.

My abilities got stronger as I got older and I was able to communicate with plants, even rocks.

On one occasion, apparently, a lot of entities realized that I could understand them, and a multitude tried to communicate all at the same time. It was more than I could handle and I ordered it to stop. It did.

Now that I’m much older, I wish I could get the ability back albeit in an amount I could handle. Any suggestions?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your question.

We’re all born with intuitive abilities, including being able to telepathically communicate with any energy whether it’s a person, pet, or plant.

Although most people don’t talk about it, what you experienced earlier in your life is very common, even universal.

When we don’t understand something, we immediately feel fear. We humans are all hard-wired for fear and it serves us well. It keeps us alive.

Now, fear is a low vibration which is why it doesn’t feel good. Our spirit, and all spirits for that matter, vibrate very high (rapidly) because they don’t have a dense body to slow down the vibration.

When you realize all spirits are pure love and there’s nothing to fear, you’ll be able to once again communicate with any spirit you wish, at any time.

Miracle Babies

Hi Julie,

Forty years ago, I was pregnant with quadruplets. I had undergone fertility treatments in Los Angeles with the best doctors (I’m a nurse, and my husband is a doctor). My physician couldn’t ever explain why there were so many babies because all my scans were normal. They said I was just meant to have four children.

At twenty-four weeks, while on bed rest at a nearby hospital, I was accidentally overdosed with medication. My water bag broke and I delivered three girls and a boy on Christmas Day, 1982. The babies survived a day and all succumbed to prematurity. I felt badly for the nurse and forgave her, I know how mistakes can happen. Nonetheless, I was heartbroken.

Six months later, the fertility doctor felt I should try again and said the result of being pregnant with four babies was a fluke and couldn’t be explained. Well, this time I got pregnant with five, one child in my fallopian tube, four in my uterus.

I had surgery to remove the baby and tube. The doctors figured out I was still pregnant on a scan a few days later and was able to carry the babies to twenty-nine weeks, three boys and one girl … thirty-nine years old today and healthy. A miracle for sure, especially back in 1983.

After the four babies were born, the doctors told me I could never get pregnant again and funny, a year later, I got pregnant and had another daughter.

I often think about the babies I lost. I know I will see them again, but often wish I could converse with them and let them know how much I’ve loved them.

All five of my children are true miracles and I often think God blessed me abundantly for trusting and believing He had my best interest at heart.

Can you let me know that my four angels in spirit (five with the baby in the fallopian tube), are going to be there to greet me in Heaven someday?

Hi Janet,

Wow, what a story!

Calling your children, all ten of them, miracle babies, is an understatement!

Not only will all of your deceased babies greet you when you arrive in Heaven (along with the spirits of many other deceased relatives, friends, and pets), they’re around you now and you can communicate with them anytime you wish.

Here’s how. Our heads are like big satellite dishes that transmit and receive frequencies. And since every spirit, whether or not it’s currently attached to a body, has its own frequency, all we have to do is tap into that frequency. So, in order to communicate with your babies (or any spirit), just think of them. That’ll tune your satellite dish head to their frequency. It’s similar to a radio station. When you choose 94.7 to listen to classic rock, you connect to 94.7 megahertz, the frequency on which that music is being broadcast.

Just say something to one or all of your spirit babies either aloud or in your mind. Their answer will immediately come into your head and feel like one of your thoughts. How you know the thought is from your spirit baby is, it’ll be the first thought you think and will happen within a second or less. Try it and you’ll realize how easy it is.

Feeling Deceased Parents

Since my parents’ deaths over two decades ago, I have felt very connected to them and other family members both on my side and my husband’s side. 

I sense messages in various ways. Primarily, I just “feel” their presence and usually quickly understand what they’re trying to convey. 

Can you confirm this? I do not feel it’s my imagination. 

If my assumptions are correct, could you please elaborate/explain?

Thanks for your question.

You are absolutely correct! You are “feeling” their presence and receiving information from your deceased parents.

We’re all born with intuitive abilities and receive information from deceased loved ones, pets, angels, spirit guides, and others telepathically. It feels like a thought in our head.

The primary method through which we process information from spirit depends on how a person learns.

For example, if you need to see something to remember it, you’re a visual learner. Likewise, if you need to hear something to remember it, you’re an auditory learner, and if you need to feel something to remember it, you’re a kinesthetic learner. You fall into the last (kinesthetic) category.

Once a person learns to trust the information they receive from spirit, the easier it becomes and often additional modalities (visual, auditory, direct knowing) can be realized.

You’ll know you’re communicating with spirit when they respond within a second or less.

Young Empathic Girl

I am reaching out about my ten-year-old daughter Beatrice. She is an empath.

Beatrice takes on others’ energy and has always had encounters with spirits since she was a baby. 

I am trying to foster confidence in her. Pre-teen and teenaged girls can be well … you know.

At this point, she gets scared by the spiritual experiences she has, and I would like her to be more comfortable and confident.

I welcome any advice you have. I’m just trying to foster my sweet girl’s uniqueness in a world where everyone wants to be the same.

Hi Caroline,

Thanks for your note about Beatrice. She sounds extraordinary.

The Oxford English Dictionary defines empath as a person with the ability to understand and share the feelings of another.

Everyone has empathic abilities; we’re born with them. Some people, however, have a stronger, more developed sense for what others are feeling. Sounds like Beatrice falls into this category.

Likewise, we’re all born with intuitive/psychic abilities and can perceive and communicate with the spirits of deceased people and animals. It’s just that most of us shut down these innate skills around the age of seven. Parents, grandparents, teachers, friends, and others who can’t perceive spirits convince us our experiences aren’t real.

Fortunately, we all can develop and enhance our abilities with a little interest and practice.

As for sweet Beatrice, encourage her to talk with you about what she’s seeing and perceiving.

Let her know all spirits are pure love. The whole evil spirit concept is nonsense. It doesn’t exist and was fostered by religions and civilizations to control people with fear.

When Beatrice senses a spirit, she may get goosebumps and/or an increased heartrate. That’s completely normal and is caused by spirit’s high vibration.

Also, please let Beatrice know spirits only send messages that feel neutral or good.

Please consider getting one of my children’s books for your daughter. They’re full of colorful illustrations and will help explain Beatrice’s spiritual experiences in a fun, simple-to-understand way.

Lastly, even though she’s young, consider looking into my new Angels and Enlightenment Training for Beatrice. She can do it at her own pace online and then participate in practice sessions that will help her hone her skills and validate the information she receives.

My amazing father left us earth side in February 2020. I miss him every day and feel both pain and love in my heart every time I think about him.

It was in his passing that I also started my incredible spiritual journey and learned to love myself again and experience true joy and happiness.

As the Selena Gomez song goes, “I needed to lose you (dad) to love me”, and, I can’t help but feel guilty at times for thinking this way. How can I possibly be happy when my dad is no longer here with us in physical form? 

So, my question for my dad is, why did it take your death for me to be happy? And, how is life in Heaven? I love you dad!

Hi Diana,

I’m sorry for your loss with your dad’s passing and I’m thrilled it seemed to be the catalyst for what sounds like an amazing spiritual journey.

It’s completely natural to feel the gamut of emotions you describe ranging from sorrow to elation. We all process grief differently and how it shows up is perfect for us as individuals.

Regarding your questions about how you can feel good when your father’s gone and why it took your dad’s death for you to experience happiness, my answer focuses on vibration.

We’re all eternal spirits (energy) attached to a body having a human experience. When our life is over, our human bodies die and the everlasting part of us, (our spirit), continues.

In each lifetime, we explore experiences that raise our vibrational level. This allows us to understand concepts that heretofore may not have made sense to us.

When your dad passed, what you experienced, raised your vibrational level. And since his death, you’ve continued to raise your vibrational level, access and comprehend more complex concepts that allow you to be in alignment with your spirit, attract divine guidance, and live a more abundant, joyful, life.

It’s like diving into the deep end of a pool. If you can’t swim, you probably won’t think of being in deep water because it’s too scary. So, you go into the shallow water, wade to your waist, then to your shoulders, learn how to tread water, and eventually swim. Then, equipped with these skills, you resonate with the idea of diving into deep water and easily do it.

At this point, your spirit has expanded enough to access this new concept of easily living a joyful life regardless of what’s happening around you. Everything is unfolding perfectly. Trust that and continue to follow where you’re led. If it feels good, take action. If not, investigate and find out if your hesitation is based in a real or fake fear.

Hope this helps clarify things for you.

My dad tragically died in a work-related accident in the 70s, just a month before I was born. He was only 20yrs old.

Since then, I have felt his presence by my side, guiding and encouraging me.

Can you ask him if he has something he would like to tell me? I’ve never actually been able to communicate with him, and all I have are a few pictures and stories shared by family.

In addition, it’s wonderful you feel your dad’s presence, guidance and encouragement and recognize it’s him.

We all have the ability to perceive the spirits of our deceased loved ones, it’s just most of us don’t recognize it.

To get some answers for you, I energetically connected through you to your dad. Here’s what he wants you to know:

– You will always be his precious baby girl.

– Your career is on a trajectory to soar if you just believe in yourself.

– Your fear of hurting other people’s feelings holds you back.

– Figure out a way to share your point of view in a way that conveys your thoughts and beliefs and trust your superiors will appreciate your input.

Sounds like you have some career opportunities happening.

Our deceased loved ones are always close by and readily available.

To converse with your dad, just think of and say something to him (either silently or aloud). His answer will immediately come into your head and feel like it’s your thought. If you think about his answer for longer than a couple of seconds, that’ll be your brain talking to you.

The more you talk with your dad or any spirit, the more answers you’ll receive, and the more validation you’ll get. That’ll help you trust the information you’re given and talking with any spirit will become second nature to you. It’s really that easy.

My question is, are celebrities in Heaven or do they go somewhere else?

Would my parents be able to meet Betty since they’re on the other side also?

Hi Andie,

What a great question. The answer is absolutely!

Everyone goes to Heaven.

Regardless of who we are, what we do, who we know, etc., all humans are a spirit connected to a body having a human experience. And, when we transition, our spirit, the eternal part of us, separates from our body and becomes non-physical or pure energy.

Spirit has repeatedly told me when in Heaven, our spirit just thinks of something and it instantly materializes.

That can include having a conversation with Betty White, Moses, Aristotle, Mother Teresa, whomever. It can also be an activity like skiing in the Alps, being on safari in Africa, climbing Mt. Everest, absorbing all known information on a topic, whatever.

If your parents want to meet and have a conversation with Betty’s spirit, they can.

More importantly, you can have a conversation with Betty or any spirit whether or not you knew them when they were alive.

Here’s how. Our heads are big satellite dishes that receive and transmit frequencies. Every spirit has its own frequency it keeps throughout all its lifetimes. All you have to do is think of the person and you’ll be connected to their spirit.

Then, just ask a question or make a statement. The spirit will answer you within a second. It’ll come in like a thought in your head. If you think about the answer for more than a couple seconds, that’ll be your brain talking with you. It’s really that easy.
