Help For Depression

Patti from Denver, CO, asked:

Hi Julie,

I’ve been dealing on and off with depression since I was a teenager. It always seems to come back. I have such a hard time getting anything accomplished in my life. I seem to go through cycles of trying, then giving up and retreating from the world.

Will things ever change for me? Is there anything I need to know? Thanks!

Hi Patti,

Thanks for your question.

When I connected with you, I could see your whole body was inflamed. After applying anti-inflammatory energy, I could see lots of Candida yeast in your stomach and intestines. I also saw the brain fog of depression in your head.

Once I energetically sucked out the Candida and got your inflammation calmed down, your brain fog (depression energy) was eliminated.

I believe the Candida is most likely causing your inflammation, GI symptoms and depression.

Please get a copy of A Mind of Your Own The Truth About Depression and How Women Can Heal Their Bodies to Reclaim Their Lives, by Kelly Brogan, MD.

Dr. Brogan is a board certified psychiatrist with a neuroscience degree from MIT and an MD from Cornell. In addition, she is a former professor at the NYU School of Medicine and has too many published articles and affiliations to mention here.

In her book, Dr. Brogan cites a multitude of peer-reviewed studies showing that depression is not caused by low serotonin levels but rather is a symptom of inflammation oftentimes originating in the gut. She claims, “In six decades, not a single study has proven that depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain.”

Reading this book will be a great place for you to start educating yourself on how best to treat your depression.

Based on what I saw when scanning you, I truly believe armed with this new knowledge, you can and will heal once and for all.

Secret Agent

Suzy from Seattle, WA, asked:

Hi Julie!

My sister told me about your show and I was wondering if you’d be able to answer a question for me?  My husband and I have been having relationship problems and I want to know if he’s been faithful to me.

There is one day, in particular, that I am questioning … Thursday, December 1, 2016 between 3 and 5pm.   Can you answer this for me?  I also wonder what our future holds. I don’t think he’s been honest with me the past year or so and I want to know if it’s worth thinking about all the time.

Can you tell me why he chooses to be dishonest with me? Is he afraid of how I will react or is it more of a psychological issue? What can I do to help him? He just seems to feel so comfortable lying to me.

Thanks.

Hi Suzy,

When I asked if your husband has been faithful to you, I got a NO. But, when I asked the more specific question … Has Suzy’s husband had sexual relations with any other women while he’s been married to Suzy, I also got a NO. Remember, spirits are very literal so we need to be as specific as possible when asking them for information and guidance. Bottom line, I believe he has indeed been faithful to you.

With regards to December 1st between 3-5pm, I got he was having a drink with guy friends.

I also got he lies to you to keep you from being upset. He loves you and feels like you’re very controlling. He wants to make the relationship work and wants you to back off a bit and not question his every move.

I believe your marriage has a great chance of succeeding long term if you want it to. Focus on and be grateful for all of the good things about your husband. As soon as a negative thought about him enters your mind, immediately switch it to something positive. Make it a habit. With practice you’ll be amazed at how automatic it becomes. You may even want to write 3 things you appreciate about him every day in a journal. That way, if you become angry at him, you can read it and realize what’s important.

If you choose to try this technique, you have a wonderful opportunity to make him feel appreciated and possibly have him do the same for you.

Good luck!

Jordanian Romance

Wafa from Amman, Jordan, asked:

Hi Julie,

I have strong feelings towards a guy and I want to know if it is mutual or not?

Thank you!

Hi Wafa,

In order to get some spiritual guidance for you, I asked the following questions. All are prefaced with … At this moment in time …

1) Is the guy for whom Wafa has strong feelings interested in a romantic relationship with her? I got a YES.

2) Will Wafa have a romantic relationship with this man? I got a YES.

3) Is it in Wafa’s best interest to be in a romantic relationship with this man? I got a YES.

4) Is it in Wafa’s best interest to be in a long-term romantic relationship with this man? I got a NO.

Keep in mind, this information is probable not certain. It has the potential to change based on an unlimited number of variables.

An example of this could be the long-term relationship answer. It may be that neither you nor he (nor both of you) aren’t interested in a long-term commitment right now but may be after you’ve dated for a while.

It seems you have a good chance to be in at least a short-term romantic relationship with this man.

Enjoy!

Energy Field Membrane

Anastasia from South Portland, Maine, asked:

Blessings Julie,

May I please have a body scan for energetic holes/rips that may be affecting current health?

Thank you for using your gifts. ~ Anastasia

Hi Anastasia,

When connecting with and then scanning you, I saw a large gaping vertical tear in your energy field membrane. It stretches from your throat to your groin.

These kinds of tears and holes in the energy field membrane are caused by emotional trauma either in this or a past lifetime and are the precursor to medical issues. The cause of the emotional trauma may be something as seemingly insignificant as someone calling you a bad name in 3rd grade to something terrible like being mugged as an adult.

In your case, I believe the tear was caused when you were 17. I saw a scene of you being slapped across your face by a person I believe was your boyfriend at the time. The young man had a medium build and dark hair.

Based on the size and severity of the tear, I also believe you were most likely in a long-term abusive relationship with this man.

Your tear has been energetically repaired. This will allow your body to operate on full energetic power and help heal itself.

Hope this information is beneficial and hope your 2017 is terrific!

Raynaud’s Syndrome

Phyllis from Galway, Ireland, asked:

Hi Julie,

Do I have Raynaud’s syndrome?

Hi Phyllis,

Since I hadn’t ever heard of this condition, I decided to do some research on it.

Before I learned about Raynaud’s, I connected to you and did a quick medical scan on you.

Your body is very inflamed and has a layer of what looked like white pus on top of the inflammation.

Interestingly enough, however, I wasn’t picking up any type of viral or bacterial infection, nor did I get that you’d been exposed to environmental toxins.

When I asked about the white pus, I “got” it was your leucocytes (white blood cells) that had been mobilized. I also “got” there was some type of miscue happening within your immune system.

Armed with that information, I did a quick Google search. The Mayo Clinic website said Raynaud’s syndrome is when arteries to your fingers and toes go into vasospasm when exposed to cold or stress, narrowing your vessels and temporarily limiting blood supply.

If you have cold hands and feet, I “got” it may be caused by a lack of Vitamins C and E along with not enough Omega 3s.

Once again, I asked Google. When I typed in “cold hands feet vitamin c e omega 3”, I found a lot of information about increasing Vitamins C&E and Omega 3s to cure this condition.

Cardiologist Stephen Sinatra, MD’s site said, “Omega-3 fatty acids reduce arterial wall inflammation and to use Vitamin C to retard the progression of arterial disease.”

Bottom line … I believe you do have Raynaud’s syndrome and that you can heal from it. In the short run, you may want to try the supplements mentioned above.

In addition, I believe a functional medicine physician can help you figure out the cause of your symptoms and help you get rid of them. To find a functional medicine doctor in your area, please search Functional Medicine Ireland online. There are several links to physicians and Irish functional medicine academies and associations.

Hope this information helps.

Happy New Year!

Soul Mate Search

Andre from Lagoa, Portugal, asked:

Will I find my soul mate?

Hi Andre,

Yes you will. In fact, you actually have … many times.

Most of us believe there is but one perfect person intended to be our life partner. That premise is false. It’s an entertainment industry concept concocted to sell movies, records, and books.

The truth is, the people who surround us are our soul mates. They’re our parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, and acquaintances.

We are eternally connected to everyone we currently know and anyone who has ever been in our lives. And, we interact with them in multiple lifetimes.

Our parents could have been our children, spouses or friends. Our boss might have been our employee. Perhaps our teachers were our students. You get the idea.

Now, as for your finding a romantic soul mate, the answer to that question is also YES.

In order to do that, get involved in activities you enjoy. Consider volunteering for a charitable organization or joining a group of like-minded people (like a book or hiking club).

Be sure to spread the word you’re looking for someone special. Ask people if they know anyone they think you should meet. Include parents and grandparents in the equation. They’re sometimes your best match-makers.

Most of all, have fun with the process!

Yellow Rose Connection

Shann from Battle Creek, MI, asked:

Hi Julie,

I have just found your show. It’s amazing. The first show I listened to was the dad passing and the yellow roses.

My dad had just passed about 10 days before that and he had yellow roses at his funeral.

The moment I heard the story, I had an overwhelming feeling to go get a yellow rose bouquet for my mom and to tell her dad was well. He passed from cancer.

So many things from your show have touched a chord in me.

My question is … my mother is also fighting cancer for the 3rd time.

What is the best treatment for her right now?

Will she beat this again and what can I do for her? Thank you for your time.

Hi Shann,

My condolences on the loss of your father. It is amazing how our deceased loved ones get information to us.

Your hearing Allie’s story about her recently deceased dad asking her to give yellow roses to her mom and to say they were from him was how your dad got a message to you. Nothing is a coincidence. Just proves how we’re all connected.

As for your mom and her health situation, I attempted to do a scan on her. First I connected to you then from you to her. When I psychically asked her permission to scan her, she refused, so I didn’t do one.

Your mother told me she feels you have had enough stress in your life and don’t need to worry about her too.

She said she just wants your love. She also said she’d appreciate your helping her make this year’s Christmas holidays the “happiest ever” (her words).

Your mother told me she’d like to do holiday activities with you. Go to Christmas concerts and events. She said they don’t need to cost anything. The free ones would be fine. you might want to check out activities at local churches. You may find several free Christmas concerts/pageants/activities put on by the churches’ congregations.

I’ll be delighted to scan your mom in the future if she wants me to.

Thanks for letting me know about your dad and how you gave your mom yellow roses. What a touching, incredible story

Kismet

Chester from Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England, asked:

Hi Julie,

I met a guy named Nathan a couple years back quite by chance while on vacation and completely fell for him. At the time it did appear he felt the same way. It was strange because I felt a deep connection with him as if it was meant to happen.

Back in the UK, we live at opposite ends of the country and although we have constantly stayed in touch, he doesn’t seem quite as in to me as he used to be, so I started to convince myself I had imagined everything. Still though, whenever I tried to forget Nathan and move on, signs of him would pop up, either in the form of out of the blue communication or in some other coincidental way. It made me wonder if someone was trying to tell me something.

This year, I returned to the same vacation spot – at a completely different time of the year – and lo and behold, Nathan had booked the exact same date and duration as I had, arriving and leaving on exactly the same day. We had no discussion of this prior, it just happened, and again, we re-bonded and had a wonderful two weeks.

Since that time, Nathan has invited me to spend the Christmas period with him and his family (which I accepted).

Can you provide insight into this relationship? Perhaps contact my deceased grandmother to get her “feelings” on the matter? Is he really into our relationship or am I imagining it? Am I just wasting my time?

Lastly, the obligatory gushing part – I am a huge fan of your show and love what you do. I know a lot of people who do very similar things to what you do but none articulate it in such a personable and knowledgeable way as you. You’re a total gem, and long may you continue to provide peace, comfort and guidance to those who seek your help.

Thanks for your guidance.

Hi Chester,

Thank you for your kind comments about my show and me. They touched my heart and made my weekend!

As for your question, I wanted to get back with you quickly since you’re making holiday plans.

Instead of asking your grandmother, I asked the universe (which includes God, spirits, angels, and deceased loved ones, etc.) for guidance. The reason I do this is because I have found asking just one deceased person a question can elicit a response based only on that spirit’s opinion. And, that opinion isn’t necessarily what’s best for the person wanting the information. Over the years I’ve found that by asking the Universe a question, it encompasses all of the many beneficial scenarios that we humans don’t have the capacity to envision.

So, I asked the following two questions:

At this moment in time …

Is it in Chester’s best interest to spend the holidays with Nathan and his family? I got a “YES”.

Is Nathan as smitten with Chester as Chester is with Nathan? I also got a “YES”.

Keep in mind, those answers are predicated with “at this moment in time” because they pertain to future events (well at least the holidays with Nathan’s family question does). As you know, future events have yet to happen and will involve a lot of variables that can affect outcome. This is where “free will” and a multitude of other occurrences come in to play. Anytime we talk about something in the future, although it may be a probability, it’s never a certainty.

Having said all that, we can get more detailed with a private consult if you wish. We can also get specific advice from your deceased grandmother at that time. I frequently have conversations with people in Europe. Skype and the use of a UK (or other country) conference call number work great for that.

In the meantime, have an amazing holiday season!

Hugs,

Julie

Weight Loss Surgery

Amanda from Garland, TX, asked:

Hi Julie,

All my life I have struggled with my weight. I recently found out my insurance at the new company where I am working will cover weight loss surgery.

I really want the surgery but I am afraid of a negative outcome or even worse, death.

When I was a child, I had a negative reaction to anesthesia. I was given too much and it swelled my brain and dilated my eyes. One eye’s pupil was a black saucer and the other pupil was a tiny pin point. The anesthesia also gave me horrible nightmares when I was under. I even had a dream that I died while in surgery.

Please let me know if it is safe for me to “go under” again. Thanks.

Hi Amanda,

You’re wise in questioning whether or not this elective surgery is something worth doing.

Since I’m not a physician, and especially not an anesthesiologist, I’m unable to tell you whether or not it’s safe for you to “go under”.

What I can do, is help you access what I call “Divine” guidance about having the weight loss surgery.

In order to get some information for you, I connected with you and did a quick medical scan. What I saw (in my mind’s eye) was a lot of inflammation throughout your entire body coupled with a very large tear in your energy field membrane. The tear is vertical and stretches from your throat to your groin. It was caused by a traumatic event either in this life or a past lifetime, an occurrence you may or may not remember.

Tears and holes in the membrane of a person’s energy field always precede any kind of medical or emotional issue in the body. The rupture causes an energy leak and keeps the body from operating at an optimal level. It’s similar to a slow leak in an automobile tire. Eventually, the leak will make the tire deflate and cause problems when driving the car.

Most importantly, when I asked whether or not the weight loss surgery was in your best interest, I “got” a NO!

Having said that, there are a multitude of reasons for this answer. Perhaps complications unrelated to anesthesia would occur. Perhaps you’d gain back all the weight you may lose. The possibilities are endless.

For more detailed information and to possibly help you heal, please schedule an individual session. We’ll have an hour to chat and I’ll be delighted to help figure out what’s causing your inflammation and what caused the energy leak (tear) in your energy field membrane.
