Heart Cath Complications

Jack from Minneapolis, MN, asked:

Hi Julie,

A couple of weeks ago I went to the emergency room with chest pains. In order to learn if I had any blockages, a heart catheterization was performed. My arteries were clear and I was sent home early the next day.

Yesterday, I went for my follow-up visit with the cardiologist. The entry point for the heart cath procedure (my groin) was still very bruised, swollen, and painful, and I was told there may be a problem. I was immediately sent to the hospital for an ultrasound.

The ultrasound showed an aneurysm in my artery where the heart catheter was inserted.

Can you please scan me to see what’s going on? Thanks.

Hi Jack,

Wow, you’ve been through a lot in a short period of time.

In order to learn more about the cause of your symptoms, I energetically connected to you and got you on my radar.

I can see (in my mind’s eye) the aneurysm coming out of the clot that has formed in your femoral artery (groin area) where the catheter was inserted. It resembles a blister filled with blood. It’s called a pseudoaneurysm.

The Mayo Clinic website says, “A pseudoaneurysm, sometimes called a false aneurysm, occurs when a blood vessel wall is injured, and the blood is contained by the surrounding tissues.” It goes on to say, “A pseudoaneurysm can result from cardiac catheterization if blood leaks and pools outside your femoral artery where it was punctured when the catheter was inserted.” Sounds like this is what happened to you.

While scanning you, I saw an energetic healing occur that involved a couple of techniques currently used in hospitals to treat aneurysms.

First, I watched a long needle be inserted and a coagulant substance injected into the pseudoaneurysm. That solidified the bubble filled with blood. Next, I watched a graft get placed inside your artery to strengthen its outer walls. Arterial grafts look like a small tube made of fabric.

At this moment in time, I “get” your doctor will most likely inject a substance into the pseudoaneurysm to get it to clot. This will be done by an interventional radiologist who will use ultrasound technology to locate the pseudoaneurysm. I believe this procedure will be successful.

I also “get” you won’t need surgery and that you’ll make a full recovery.

Hope all goes well and hope you’re feeling better soon.

House Sale

Victoria from London, England, asked:

Hi Julie,

Hope you are having a fabulous new year!

My question relates to our house. It has been on the market for over a year. We’ve had a couple of offers we turned down and then just before Christmas we accepted a higher offer but then the buyer pulled out. We now have a friend who wishes to buy but for a lower price than what we’re asking.

My question really is, are we meant to sell the house and if so when do you think?  I would like to buy somewhere where we can build our dream house.  Is this right for us?

Thanks and Much Love, Victoria

Hi Victoria,

Lovely to hear from you and happy 2017 to you too!

Regarding your house, at this moment in time I “got” it IS in your best interest to sell it and NOT in your best interest to accept the low offer from your friend.

Having said that I also “get” it’s in your best interest to sell house when the right price is offered regardless of who’s making the offer.

Your dream house is coming and the timing is all playing out perfectly! Just trust in the process and believe it’s all working out in your best interest.

There are about a bazillion scenarios that can lead to you and your family living in your dream house and all of them will produce the same outcome.

You’ll see. At some point you’ll look back at this time and realize how well everything worked out.

Consider it an adventure!

Heart Stop

Catherine from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, asked:

Hi Julie,

The internet is a wonderful thing. Through a series of podcasts and health and fitness related blogs, I found your podcasts and website. I’m enjoying listening to your shows.

In one of your early podcasts you mentioned a book. I was driving and unable to write the name. Was it was something about wings? I couldn’t find the title on your blog or in the show notes.

I’m a registered nurse, and very much believe in the spirits that surround us. I used to practice Therapeutic Touch, but I have been busy raising my children and not practicing.

My mother in-law died almost 3 years ago, and I stayed with her in palliative care for about a week before she passed (she lived in a different city).

The night before she died, she was restless (not speaking at this point). I sensed fear and held her hand for part of the night (I was lying in a cot next to her bed).

I have 2 questions about this:

1) Do spirits leave the body before the heart stops? I felt like she left that night (not the next evening when her heart stopped).

2) Spirit-wise, is she something else besides my mother in-law in this life? I have felt her presence several times over the last 2.5 years, especially when I was competing in a triathlon about 6 months after she died.

I believe she knows how much her grandchildren and I miss her.

I’m sure you are very busy, so “thank you” for taking the time to read my questions.

Hi Catherine,

I’m delighted you found my podcast and to hear from you. Thanks for your kind words about the show.

Regarding your questions, spirits depart after the heart stops beating and your mother-in-law is always around you, your children, and other loved ones. She is basically the same, only now she’s without her body. Any (what we humans perceive to be negative personality traits) are now non-existent. They stay with the body. In spirit form, your mother-in-law (like all of us) is a limitless being of pure positive love and acceptance.

What a loving, kind, wonderful gift you gave your mother-in-law by staying with her and doing something as simple as holding her hand while she was dying.

Many of us are afraid of death. Watching a loved one go through the dying process is unnerving, especially because it forces us to confront our own mortality. We like to have control of our lives and our environment, and we often find not knowing an outcome to be frightening. After all, humans interpret ambiguity as a bad thing, when it’s simply just a lack of information.

It has been my experience both personally and with countless friends and clients that the dying process always contains a glorious component. What’s better than having your loved one be surrounded by angels, their deceased family, friends, and pets’ spirits and to have an angelic escort to Heaven?

Please check out the illustrations for the Twelve Phases of Transition on my website and you’ll see what I’m describing.

Also, the book I mentioned during an earlier show was Hands of Light by Barbara Brennan, PhD.

Dr. Brennan is a former NASA physicist who was able to make complicated energetic theories understandable for those of us with non-scientific minds. She founded an accredited healing arts school where people come from all over the world to study her methods. You can even get a Bachelor’s degree there.

Hands of Light was a book that launched my interest in energy medicine more than 20 years ago and happened to be the first text book used when I began my medical intuitive education.

I am a graduate of the School of Healing Arts in Nashville, TN and was taught by a graduate of Dr. Brennan’s school, Susan Austin-Crumpton.

Hope this information is helpful.

Help For Depression

Patti from Denver, CO, asked:

Hi Julie,

I’ve been dealing on and off with depression since I was a teenager. It always seems to come back. I have such a hard time getting anything accomplished in my life. I seem to go through cycles of trying, then giving up and retreating from the world.

Will things ever change for me? Is there anything I need to know? Thanks!

Hi Patti,

Thanks for your question.

When I connected with you, I could see your whole body was inflamed. After applying anti-inflammatory energy, I could see lots of Candida yeast in your stomach and intestines. I also saw the brain fog of depression in your head.

Once I energetically sucked out the Candida and got your inflammation calmed down, your brain fog (depression energy) was eliminated.

I believe the Candida is most likely causing your inflammation, GI symptoms and depression.

Please get a copy of A Mind of Your Own The Truth About Depression and How Women Can Heal Their Bodies to Reclaim Their Lives, by Kelly Brogan, MD.

Dr. Brogan is a board certified psychiatrist with a neuroscience degree from MIT and an MD from Cornell. In addition, she is a former professor at the NYU School of Medicine and has too many published articles and affiliations to mention here.

In her book, Dr. Brogan cites a multitude of peer-reviewed studies showing that depression is not caused by low serotonin levels but rather is a symptom of inflammation oftentimes originating in the gut. She claims, “In six decades, not a single study has proven that depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain.”

Reading this book will be a great place for you to start educating yourself on how best to treat your depression.

Based on what I saw when scanning you, I truly believe armed with this new knowledge, you can and will heal once and for all.

Secret Agent

Suzy from Seattle, WA, asked:

Hi Julie!

My sister told me about your show and I was wondering if you’d be able to answer a question for me?  My husband and I have been having relationship problems and I want to know if he’s been faithful to me.

There is one day, in particular, that I am questioning … Thursday, December 1, 2016 between 3 and 5pm.   Can you answer this for me?  I also wonder what our future holds. I don’t think he’s been honest with me the past year or so and I want to know if it’s worth thinking about all the time.

Can you tell me why he chooses to be dishonest with me? Is he afraid of how I will react or is it more of a psychological issue? What can I do to help him? He just seems to feel so comfortable lying to me.

Thanks.

Hi Suzy,

When I asked if your husband has been faithful to you, I got a NO. But, when I asked the more specific question … Has Suzy’s husband had sexual relations with any other women while he’s been married to Suzy, I also got a NO. Remember, spirits are very literal so we need to be as specific as possible when asking them for information and guidance. Bottom line, I believe he has indeed been faithful to you.

With regards to December 1st between 3-5pm, I got he was having a drink with guy friends.

I also got he lies to you to keep you from being upset. He loves you and feels like you’re very controlling. He wants to make the relationship work and wants you to back off a bit and not question his every move.

I believe your marriage has a great chance of succeeding long term if you want it to. Focus on and be grateful for all of the good things about your husband. As soon as a negative thought about him enters your mind, immediately switch it to something positive. Make it a habit. With practice you’ll be amazed at how automatic it becomes. You may even want to write 3 things you appreciate about him every day in a journal. That way, if you become angry at him, you can read it and realize what’s important.

If you choose to try this technique, you have a wonderful opportunity to make him feel appreciated and possibly have him do the same for you.

Good luck!

Jordanian Romance

Wafa from Amman, Jordan, asked:

Hi Julie,

I have strong feelings towards a guy and I want to know if it is mutual or not?

Thank you!

Hi Wafa,

In order to get some spiritual guidance for you, I asked the following questions. All are prefaced with … At this moment in time …

1) Is the guy for whom Wafa has strong feelings interested in a romantic relationship with her? I got a YES.

2) Will Wafa have a romantic relationship with this man? I got a YES.

3) Is it in Wafa’s best interest to be in a romantic relationship with this man? I got a YES.

4) Is it in Wafa’s best interest to be in a long-term romantic relationship with this man? I got a NO.

Keep in mind, this information is probable not certain. It has the potential to change based on an unlimited number of variables.

An example of this could be the long-term relationship answer. It may be that neither you nor he (nor both of you) aren’t interested in a long-term commitment right now but may be after you’ve dated for a while.

It seems you have a good chance to be in at least a short-term romantic relationship with this man.

Enjoy!

Energy Field Membrane

Anastasia from South Portland, Maine, asked:

Blessings Julie,

May I please have a body scan for energetic holes/rips that may be affecting current health?

Thank you for using your gifts. ~ Anastasia

Hi Anastasia,

When connecting with and then scanning you, I saw a large gaping vertical tear in your energy field membrane. It stretches from your throat to your groin.

These kinds of tears and holes in the energy field membrane are caused by emotional trauma either in this or a past lifetime and are the precursor to medical issues. The cause of the emotional trauma may be something as seemingly insignificant as someone calling you a bad name in 3rd grade to something terrible like being mugged as an adult.

In your case, I believe the tear was caused when you were 17. I saw a scene of you being slapped across your face by a person I believe was your boyfriend at the time. The young man had a medium build and dark hair.

Based on the size and severity of the tear, I also believe you were most likely in a long-term abusive relationship with this man.

Your tear has been energetically repaired. This will allow your body to operate on full energetic power and help heal itself.

Hope this information is beneficial and hope your 2017 is terrific!
