Weight Gain and Chaos

Stacey from Santa Rosa, CA, asked:

Hi Julie,

I am 36 years old and have 2 kids, my youngest is 3.

In the past few years, life has just been crazy. My last pregnancy was tough and the subsequent postpartum anxiety (for which I was medicated) was awful too.

My husband was a manager for a furniture store and worked 60 plus hours a week leaving me mostly as a single mom. Then he lost his job and was out of work for 6 months.

In addition, I was hit by a truck while crossing the street and our town fell victim to the wildfires. Needless to say, my life has been chaotic!

Things are finally looking up but I want my body and health back and can’t seem to let myself take care of me. I haven’t been able to clear my head enough to get some advice from my spirit guides on what steps I need to take to get healthy. I try but nothing seems to stick. PLEASE HELP!

Hi Stacey,

My goodness girl, it sounds like you’re vying for sainthood. Any one of the circumstances you mentioned would be enough to stress out most of us, let alone the combination of all of them in a short period of time.

In order to provide some suggestions for you, I first energetically connected to you in California and was able to do a medical scan on you. What I saw was a multitude of issues.

First, your energy field looked like it had a bunch of static in it. (Picture TV snow when a television isn’t working properly.) This phenomenon can be caused by too much electromagnetic frequency (EMF) energy in your home from WiFi, utility smart meters, cell phones, computers, etc. I grounded you and the symptom disappeared. Try to remember to walk barefoot in grass, on cement, or stone for a few minutes each day in order to stay grounded.

Next, I could tell your hormones still aren’t right so I put energetic estrogen into your body and watched it return to a balanced state. Please refer to my blog Postnatal Mystery for more information about the cause and remedy for this condition.

Lastly, it looks like you’re malnourished. I know that sounds crazy but a lot of overweight people are lacking vital nutrients and vitamins.

It’s said that food is medicine and I believe it. My advice is, if God made it, eat it, and if man made it in a factory, avoid it. Even your little children will understand that guidance.

You may want to get your gut biome tested to learn exactly what foods are best for YOUR body and health. In the meantime, download this free food chart and follow it.

Keep taking deep breaths to calm yourself when you feel overwhelmed. You’re obviously an amazing woman and I’m sending you lots of admiration and support.

Hope this information helps.
