The Sacred Journey of Grief

Michele from Howell, NJ, asked:

Hi Julie,

I’ve experienced five losses in the last ten years, with most occurring within just five years. I’ve lost my husband, both sisters, and my oldest friend.

While I consider myself a survivor, I long to feel whole again.

Unfortunately, I can’t afford to be a client because Social Security is my only source of income.

Thank you,

Michele

Hi Michele,

I’m so sorry to hear about the profound losses you’ve endured. Losing significant loved ones creates a deep void, and it’s completely understandable to seek a sense of wholeness after such heartache.

Many find solace through community support, spiritual practices, or by sharing their stories. I encourage you to explore these avenues, as they can bring comfort and connection. Meditation, journaling, or connecting with nature can also be grounding during your healing journey.

Research shows that connecting with the spirit of a deceased loved one is often the most helpful tool for healing from grief. I would be delighted to assist you with this. Please call into my show on a Thursday night at 8pm ET, and we can chat with one of your loved ones. It’s fast, free, and uplifting!

In the meantime, here’s a link to a free copy of my book, Angelic Attendants: What Really Happens As We Transition From This Life Into The Next. I hope it offers you comfort and insight.

Remember, healing takes time, and it’s normal to experience a range of emotions. You deserve to find peace and joy again, and I believe that with love and patience, you will.

Sending you light and love on your journey,

Julie
