Spirit Relationships When Dying

Kathy in Albuquerque, NM, asked:

Hi Julie,

I studied your Twelve Phases of Transition® chart after hearing you on the Dave Asprey podcast.

I believe I heard you say that the mother will greet you first at the time of death.

What if I didn’t have that great of a relationship with my mother? I’m actually worried about this.

I was hoping other loved ones would arrive first, not necessarily my mother.

Thanks.

Kathy

Hi Kathy,

Thanks for your question. It’s one I’m often asked.

We’re all eternal spirits attached to a human body … every one of us. And, since personality traits stay with a person’s body when they die and all spirits are pure love, there’s nothing to worry about.

In the thousands of end-of-life transitions I’ve seen (in my mind’s eye) over the past twenty-plus years, it’s always the closest maternal spirit who arrives first as their child is dying and runs the show from the spirit side of the equation.

It’s she who brings in the angels, other loved ones’ spirits, and the spirits of deceased pets. And, each time, it’s the maternal spirit who orchestrates everything beautifully. It’s truly a glorious scene.

To learn more, please consider reading my book Angelic Attendants: What Really Happens As We Transition From This Life Into The Next. I believe you’ll find it interesting, enjoyable and most of all comforting.
