I have struggled with extreme adrenal fatigue my entire life. Could you please help me heal and restore my energy? I love life and want to live it to the fullest, but at times, I feel weak and drained. I don’t want to miss another moment.

The Mayo Clinic states, “Adrenal fatigue isn’t an official medical diagnosis. It’s a general term used to describe a group of nonspecific symptoms, including tiredness, weakness, sleep disturbances, and cravings for sugar and salt.”

 

Similarly, Harvard University explains, “The adrenal fatigue theory suggests that prolonged exposure to stress could drain the adrenal glands, leading to a low cortisol state. This depletion may cause brain fog, low energy, depressive mood, salt and sweet cravings, lightheadedness, and other vague symptoms.”

 

To gain more insight, I scanned you to see what was happening. While the Western medical system may not recognize adrenal fatigue, I do. I can see it in my mind’s eye. Your adrenal glands, which sit atop your kidneys, appear to me like heavily roasted pistachios—burned out and depleted.

 

During your energetic healing, I removed your “sick” adrenals and replaced them with new, healthy pink adrenal glands made from stem-cell energy. This healing occurred energetically and will integrate into your body over time.

 

To support this process, nurture yourself with healthy habits. Avoid alcohol and smoking, adopt an exercise routine, eat nourishing foods, soak in sunlight, pray/meditate, and establish a consistent sleep schedule. These simple yet powerful steps will help you regain your energy and vitality.
