Child’s Healing Against All Odds

Jennifer from Pueblo, CO, asked:

Hi Julie,

I have an 8-year-old daughter, Haven, with terminal brain cancer. I spoke with you a year ago, and I’m grateful to share that she is still strong and holding on.

However, I’m feeling lost. No doctors want to treat Haven because her prognosis is poor, yet she continues to fight despite being given only six months to live. Currently, our doctor is under investigation for mishandling her case, leaving us feeling helpless.

With no available treatment, Haven has been taken off all her medications, including chemotherapy and anti-seizure meds. For the past six months, I’ve been trying to care for her using Chinese herbs and clean eating, but I’m questioning if I’m doing the right thing.

Am I being a crazy mom for holding on? I feel like Haven wants to be here, but I’m unsure of how to support her.

I’m lost and in need of guidance. Thank you for your help.

Jennifer

Dear Jennifer,

I am deeply sorry to hear about the difficult journey you, Haven, and your family are facing. Your love and dedication as a mother shine through, and it’s clear you are doing everything you can to support your little girl during this challenging time.

First and foremost, please know that Haven’s spirit is present in her body, meaning she isn’t currently transitioning. To better understand her health, I energetically connected with her. After receiving her permission, I scanned and performed a healing that included removing malignant tissue from her brain, cleansing lymph fluid and nodes, detoxifying heavy metals, and resequencing her DNA to help her body produce healthy cells.

Taking Haven off chemotherapy and other pharmaceuticals may ultimately be a blessing. Trust your intuition and continue exploring holistic and alternative approaches that resonate with you. Many families have found comfort and healing through complementary therapies, and you are not alone on this journey.

Consider seeking practitioners who specialize in integrative medicine for children, as they can offer tailored support for Haven’s needs. Consulting with holistic health professionals who understand her condition can help you create a plan that feels right.

I also recommend Radical Remission by Kelly Turner, PhD. The book shares many cases of individuals who, given terminal diagnoses, went on to completely heal and thrive for years afterward.

While it’s natural to question your choices, remember that holding on to hope is an expression of your love for Haven. Children possess remarkable strength and resilience, and your support is crucial to her journey.

Above all, maintain your connection with Haven. Encourage her to express her feelings and be present as she navigates this path. Your bond and open communication will provide her with comfort and reassurance.

Lastly, you may want to, in a normal conversation, show her how everyone is surrounded by angels, and the spirits of deceased loved ones and pets when it’s their time to go to Heaven. Free downloadable illustrations are available on my website and in my Angelic Attendants book. Here’s a link to free digital and audiobook copies.

As you seek guidance, know that you are doing your best in this incredibly difficult situation.

Sending you and Haven lots of love and strength!

Julie
