The Pink Dove

Regina from Columbus, Ohio, asked:

Hi Julie,

Loved, loved, loved, your book Angelic Attendants!

This is a picture I took at the cemetery when my dad, my husband, my sister and I did flowers on my mom’s and brother’s graves. It was a gray and gloomy day because it had been raining. My sister took some pictures to take back to Texas with her and kept saying they didn’t turn out well, so I snapped a few and got in the car to leave.

As we were driving away, I opened the pictures I had taken and noticed one had a pink dove flying overhead. None of us saw it when we were graveside.

What do you think this means? And a pink dove? Have you ever seen one?

Hi Regina,

In order to find the significance of the pink dove flying above your mom’s grave in the picture you sent, I first connected to you and then from you to your mother. She appeared right away and stood at your right shoulder during our conversation.

Your mom told me she sent the pink dove to let all of you know she was with you in spirit. She also told me pink was one of her favorite colors.

Now, let’s explore the significance of the symbol chosen by your mother.

First, pink doves do exist. They’re extremely rare and are mostly found in the Republic of Mauritius, an island nation in the Indian Ocean off the southeast coast of the African continent. I believe your mother chose this bird to get your attention and to let you know it wasn’t a chance encounter with a regular dove.  Perhaps she intended the bird as a metaphor to illustrate that although she seems far away, (like Mauritius), she’s right there with you (like the pink dove). She’s just now in non-physical (spirit) form.

Next, in Christian religions, the dove is the symbol for the Holy Spirit. It was believed in Judaeo-Christian culture, that the dove was so pure, it was the one form into which Satan could not transform himself. That’s why doves and pigeons were the only birds suitable for sacrifice by the Hebrews. I believe your mom wants you to know she (and all deceased loved ones) are pure holiness.

Most of us know the dove is a symbol of peace, and is often portrayed with an olive branch in its mouth. This icon is taken from the story of Noah releasing the bird to bring back proof that there was land again somewhere and that the floodwaters were receding. The proof was the olive branch it carried in its mouth when it returned to the ark. I believe your mom wants you to know she is at peace and wants you to be at peace about her passing.

In other ancient cultures, the dove represented love. It was a symbol for Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love, and of Venus, her Roman counterpart. This one is obvious. Your mother is sending the symbol of love to let you know how much she loves you and your family.

In Slavic folklore, doves were believed to escort the souls of the dead to Heaven and the Celts believed the mournful call of a dove meant the peaceful passing of someone. Your mom wanted you to know she’s in Heaven.

Lastly, Ted Andrews in his book Animal Speak: The Spiritual & Magical Powers of Creatures Great and Small states, “The song of this totem (the dove) tells you to mourn what has passed, but awaken to the promise of the future. It is a bird of prophecy and can help you to see what you can give birth to in your life.”

Thanks for sharing this magnificent photo.

Missing Aunt

Natalie from Brooklyn, NY, asked:

Hi Julie,

Thanks so much for all you do in this world!

My aunt mysteriously disappeared from her family as a late teen and her whereabouts and body were never found.

I feel deeply connected to her and wonder if you have any information on what happened to her.

All the best, Natalie

Hi Natalie,

Thanks for your kind comments.

In order to see what I could learn about your aunt, I first connected to you and then from you to her.

She is deceased and her spirit immediately showed up right next to you.

Your aunt said she left town with a guy and moved to Pennsylvania.

Both she and her boyfriend were killed in a car accident near Scranton, Pennsylvania. She said she was 19 when she died.

Since the authorities couldn’t identify her, they were unable to notify her family.

Your aunt is often around you and said she thinks you look like her. She also said you take care of everyone and that she wants you to stop putting others’ needs before your own.

And, she asked me to teach you how to talk with her.

Just ask your aunt a question in your mind or aloud. You will instantly hear her answer in your head. If you wait longer than a second or two, that’ll be your brain answering you. The more you practice communicating with your aunt or any deceased loved one, the better you’ll get at receiving (and believing) their answers.

Hope this information brings you some comfort.

Not Lyme Disease

Nathaly from Montclair, CA, asked:

Hi Julie,

My mom’s been very ill lately. She became sick 18 years ago after the birth of my youngest sister which was very traumatic. She nearly died after childbirth because she was retaining fluids. She even went blind temporarily from the high blood pressure.

Since my sister’s birth, she gets pain and inflammation in her joints, and they hop from one joint to another. It seems to be triggered by foods containing citrus, acidic fruits, and folic acid like oranges, strawberries, beans, etc.

She used to be bedridden by the pain all the time. Now she’s bedridden every so often. She has severe anemia to the point where doctors have recommended blood transfusions. She gets chills and Vertigo. It seems like her kidneys aren’t working well and she has circulation problems. Her feet and hands often fall asleep. The whole right side of her abdomen hurts and is inflamed.

Can you please scan her? If there’s any way you could help, that would be amazing.  Thanks.

Hi Nathaly,

In order to help your mom, I first connected to you and through you to her.

Initially I “saw” (in my mind’s eye) that her whole body was inflamed. After applying anti-inflammatory energy to your mom, I could see what looked like a bunch of tiny bugs in her system. This is what I normally see when someone has Lyme Disease. The bugs look like little ticks.

After energetically blasting (killing) the little bugs and removing them, I administered a healthy dose of glutathione energy to your mom’s body and saw her tissues return to a normal, healthy pink state. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that provides detoxification and immune support.

I believe your mother has a form of the Epstein Barr virus that is oftentimes mistakenly diagnosed as Lyme Disease. They both have similar symptoms. In particular, I believe your mom has what’s known as Post-Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome (PTLDS).

Interestingly enough, in a NY Times article, Adriana Marques, MD, Chief of the Clinical Studies Unit at the National Institute Allergy and Infectious Diseases said, “Some people with PTLDS symptoms apparently never had Lyme disease in the first place. There are other infectious organisms — the Epstein-Barr virus, for example — that can produce similar symptoms and may be the real culprits.” I believe your mom fits this description.

So here are my recommendations:

1) Educate yourself and your mom on PTLDS. Google Adriana Marques, MD and read the info posted there. It’s a substantial amount.

2) Find a functional medicine doctor in your area who can help your mom eradicate the cause of her symptoms, not just treat her symptoms. Go to the Institute for Functional Medicine website at functionalmedicine.org and put in your zip code. A list of physicians in your area will appear. Choose one and go see them.

3) Get your mom to start taking glutathione supplements. Studies have shown low glutathione levels can reactivate a dormant Epstein-Barr virus.

4) Download the free Bulletproof Diet food chart. Have your mom eat what’s on it. Tell her to remember that food is medicine.

Bottom line, I believe armed with some education and assistance from a functional medicine doctor, your mom can and will completely heal from her ailments.

I wish you and her all the best.

Thanks for your question.

Chihuahua Mom

Amy from Lakeland, FL, asked:

Hi Julie,

I love listening to your podcast and wanted to ask you about my beautiful Chihuahua pup Lola.

Last year I lost my beloved Chihuahua named Tink. I had her 9 wonderful years and I felt so sad when she passed. About a month later I got Lola (another Chihuahua) to mend my heart. I felt like this beautiful spirit picked me and she has definitely helped me heal.

My Lola is the sweetest Chihuahua ever. She reminds me so much of Tink. I have been thinking about breeding her. Depending on their size, Chihuahuas can be hard to breed. I know people say you should adopt, but she has been mothering this little stuffed animal and she is just too cute with it. I found a breeder who has a stud that would be a perfect size for her. But I definitely do not want to hurt or jeopardize my baby. I like the idea of breading her only for her to get to keep one of her babies as a companion for both of us and my children would get to help raise some pups. I have wanted 2 Chihuahuas for so long and wish I would have gotten another when Tink was alive.

I have tried to ask if it’s in Lola’s best interest to breed her or if I should just get her a companion instead. Can you help? I would love her to have a baby and then have her spayed.

Can you please scan her and tell me what you get as far as breeding her or her wanting a companion? I just don’t want anything to happen to her. Thanks!

Hi Amy,

I love that you enjoy listening to my show. Thanks for your kind comments.

Regarding Lola becoming a mother, I first connected to you and then from you to her. You’re right, she is really cute.

Based on what she told me, I believe she will be just fine if you breed her with the daddy dog you’ve chosen. And, I believe she’ll also do just fine delivering her litter and love for you to keep one if you decide to.

Furthermore, I also get it’ll be a great experience for you and your kids as well.

So, my advice is to “go for it”!

And one more thing, Tink’s spirit is always around you and will be for the rest of your life. If you pay close attention and stay open to it, you may occasionally hear her or feel her presence. When that happens, Tink’s just letting you know she’s around.

Thanks for your question.

Twelve Phases Of Transition

Kelly from Saline, MI, asked:

Hi Julie,

My husband told me about your services. A question came up while listening to your show and hearing about your new book Angelic Attendants.

I was wondering how the 12 phases of death are different if at all, for someone who is rapidly killed like in a murder or a car accident versus the slower transitions you spoke of on the recent show?

Hi Kelly,

Great question!

Everyone goes through the Twelve Phases of Transition regardless of how they die.

In the case of what we would normally consider an instant or quick death like a homicide, suicide or accident, the dying person goes through all twelve phases in an instant.

Likewise, when someone experiences a slower transition over days, weeks or months, the twelve phases will happen over a prolonged period of time.

Keep in mind, how we experience time in human form, what’s known as linear time, isn’t the same as what’s experienced in the non-physical realm. For example, 100 years in our reality may be the equivalent of a second in Heaven.

The most important thing to remember is, no matter how anyone dies, every one of us is surrounded by deceased loved ones, deceased pets, and angels. And those angels escort us to Heaven. It’s always a glorious experience for the person transitioning back into non-physical.

Thanks for your question and thank you to your husband for telling you about me.

Plantar Fasciitis

Julia from Davenport, FL asked:

Hi Julie,

Thank you for the opportunity to ask a question.

What’s causing the pain in my left foot when I walk?  It’s on the bottom of my foot on the flat area across from the arch.

What can I do to heal it so it so it no longer hurts?  Thank you.

Hi Julia,

Sorry to hear about your foot pain.

When scanning you, I could see the inflammation on the bottom of your left foot. Looks like plantar fasciitis to me. The plantar fascia is a long, thin ligament that lies directly beneath the skin on the bottom of your foot. It connects the heel to the front of your foot, and supports the arch of your foot.

Your pain is most likely caused by wearing some cute shoes that didn’t have any arch support in them.

The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons says, “The plantar fascia is designed to absorb the high stresses and strains we place on our feet. But, sometimes, too much pressure damages or tears the tissues. The body’s natural response to injury is inflammation, which results in the heel pain and stiffness of plantar fasciitis.”

So, in order to help you heal, I applied anti-inflammatory energy to get the inflammation calmed down and then repaired the tiny tears in the ligament. In the short run this should help relieve some of your pain.

In addition, here are a few suggestions that will help …

1) Freeze an unopened plastic water bottle and roll the arch of your foot over it. You’ll probably want to wear a sock in order to tolerate the cold. That will help with inflammation.

2) Wear tennis shoes with good arch supports as much as you can. This will provide padding to your sore foot.

3) Do the downward dog yoga stretch a couple of times a day. Place your hands on the floor and stick your bottom in the air to make an inverted v-shape. This will stretch the ligament, help it heal, and most importantly, prevent a re-occurrence of the pain. For more information, check out the downward dog yoga stretch online and on YouTube.

Hope you feel better!

Stalks of Wheat

Cherie from Mobara, Chiba, Japan, asked:

Hi Julie,

My daughter Reina (age 16) has had fatigue since she was around 13, about the time she started having cystic acne.

She also went through a period of intense anxiety and depression as well and had a year of weekly therapy, which helped quite a bit.

We moved her out of the Japanese school system into an international school where she is finishing her first year of high school.

She has done better than I could have imagined but still has some social issues and the chronic fatigue is still a problem for her. Reina has been tested for various obvious causes by a neurologist and pediatric cardiologist.

No one has any idea what’s causing her symptoms although the cardiologist basically told me it was all psychological.  Any ideas about what is going on?

Thank you!

Hi Cherie,

Sounds like Reina is a special young lady and sounds like she’s fortunate to have you as her mother.

In order to gather information, I energetically connected to you then through you to Reina. After explaining who I was, Reina gave me permission to scan her.

First and foremost, Reina has lots of inflammation in her body. Once I got the inflammation calmed down, I was shown a field of wheat. That tells me she has a wheat/gluten allergy. Try removing all foods containing wheat for a couple of weeks and see if it makes a difference. My guess is it will.

In addition, Reina is full of Candida yeast. It looks just like the white powder used to make bread. She has a whopping case of Candida overgrowth and it has caused irritation and tiny tears in the lining of Reina’s intestines. These tears are allowing toxins from the yeast to get into Reina’s blood stream and cause the symptoms you describe as well as others not mentioned.

As part of the healing, I watched the yeast get blown out of Reina’s system, the tiny lacerations get energetically sutured, and a white cream get applied to calm her tender tissues.

Now, here are some suggestions that will help Reina feel better:

1) Remember, food is medicine. Go to bulletproofexec.com/diet and download the food chart. It’s free. Have her eat what’s on it and dramatically increase her healthy fat (olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, grass fed butter) intake.

Diet alone will help with Reina’s fatigue, depression, anxiety and inflammation issues.

2) Check out the following books:

The Bullet Proof Diet by Dave Asprey

Eat Fat, Get Thin by Mark Hyman, MD

Fat for Fuel by Joseph Mercola, MD

All three books address Candida, cystic acne, chronic fatigue, etc.

3) Find a functional medicine doctor. He/she will be trained to reverse engineer Reina’s symptoms to find the cause and will treat her body as a whole system. Go to the Institute for Functional Medicine, put in your city, prefecture and country then choose from the list of physicians in your area.

The best part of all is, I believe Reina can and will completely heal from these issues.

Hope this information helps.

P.S. Regarding Reina’s cardiologist saying her symptoms were psychological … doctors say nonsense like that when they don’t know the cause of or how to treat symptoms. Steer clear of medical providers who say such ridiculous things.

Postpartum Spirits

Sheridan from Hayward, CA, asked:

Hi Julie,

I just had a baby 3 months ago and have been suffering from horrible postpartum anxiety. I have fluctuating thoughts of deep sadness and grief. I feel lost and alone. I keep having thoughts and fears of dying in a car accident as well as seeing/feeling spirits in my house. I can’t see faces, but will often turn my head because I see and feel someone by me.

Are these thoughts of dying just something that’s a part of my postpartum or is it more? And who is visiting me? Thank you!

Hi Sheridan,

First, congrats on your new baby. So sorry you’re having to deal with postpartum issues.

In order to investigate what’s going on with you I established a connection between us and shot energy from the bottom of your feet to the top of your head. Once we were linked, I could see the depression you’re feeling. It looks like a brownish dry fog and is over your whole body.

After removing the depression energy from your energy field, I could see what I believe is the root cause of your symptoms. It looks like you have a big case of adrenal fatigue that’s affecting all of the other hormones in your body, especially your thyroid.  Psychiatrist Daniel Amen, MD says 80-90% of postpartum depression is associated with thyroid abnormalities.

So, in order to help you feel better, I watched an energetic hormone cocktail fill your body. It looked like clear IV fluid with lots of iridescent sparkles in it. Once it was administered, you looked healthy and happy.

The spirits you’re sensing and seeing are all deceased loved ones and friends there to support you. They’re always around you (and all of us for that matter). You’re just able to perceive them in your current state of feeling vulnerable. Appreciate them and thank them for their love.

Here are my suggestions:

– The fastest, easiest way to begin to feel better is to focus on eating healthy, whole, foods (organic if possible). Do your best to stay away from processed foods, sugar, and alcohol. Increase healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, and grass fed butter. You can find Kerry Gold butter in most grocery stores. Go to bulletproofexec.com/diet and download the food chart. Eat what’s on it.

– Find a functional medicine doctor in your area who can figure out the cause of your symptoms and help you fix them. Go to the Institute for Functional Medicine website and enter your zip code. You’ll be shown a list of physicians close by.

– Consider visiting the Northern California Amen Clinic. It’s in Walnut Creek close to where you live in Hayward. They specialize in brain issues. The doctors and staff will be able to assist you by doing blood work to check for vitamin, mineral, hormone and other deficiencies and imbalances, perform brain scans, and design an action plan to quickly make you feel better. Go to amenclinics.com for more information.

The best news is, I believe you can and will heal from this condition and will be able to enjoy your new baby.

Missing Diamond Bracelet

Alexandria from Lakeland, FL, asked:

Hi Julie!

I love listening to your show and just heard an episode where you helped a woman find her missing diamond ring. This gave me some hope that maybe you can help me find a missing diamond bracelet.

My husband gave me the bracelet for Christmas in 2015. I always wanted a diamond bracelet and my husband finally made the effort to put some money together and make it happen. Somehow it went missing last year around October or November.

All I can remember is that I left it on my bathroom counter before taking a shower one day and consciously thought I needed to put it up in my jewelry box but can’t remember if I ever did. By the time I realized I had not used it in a while, I went looking everywhere and could not find it.

Now I’m wondering if I lost it somewhere or if it was stolen out of my home. Is there any way you can help shed some light or maybe just help me find some closure? I would really appreciate it.

I have tried to get over it but there is this longing that maybe one day it will be found. It really broke my husband’s heart when I had to tell him the bad news and it breaks my heart every time I remember the situation. Thanks!

Hi Alexandria,

Sorry you lost your bracelet.

In order to get some information for you, I first connected with you and asked to be shown any information that might help you recover your bracelet.

What I saw was the bracelet accidentally falling into the waste paper basket and being mistakenly thrown into the trash. At this time I don’t believe you’ll find it.

Can you make a claim on your homeowner’s insurance? Most policies either have a jewelry rider on them or at least a provision with an amount of at least a couple thousand dollars that can be paid.

In the meantime, consider looking for a previously-owned diamond bracelet. Ebay and other online estate jewelry sites as well as pawn shops are great places to find amazing bargains on jewelry. If you do decide to get a previously-owned bracelet, email me and let me know. I’ll be delighted to clear the former owner’s energy from the bracelet for you.

Thanks for your question.
