Future Marriage Possibility

Kym from Auckland, New Zealand, asked:

Hi Julie,

Thank you for being so accessible and generous.

Can you tell me if I will get married again?

And if so, have I met him yet?!

Kym

Hi Kym,

Thank you for your kind comments.

When I asked Spirit if you’d get married again, I got a big YES!

And, when I asked Spirit if you had yet met your future husband, I also, got a YES!

The big question is, what are you doing about it?

It’s really important to take action to manifest our dreams.

When you get an idea, act on it, even if it doesn’t make sense at the time.

For example, if you’re invited to do something, go. You never know who you’ll meet there.

I met my husband and love of my life, Tim, standing behind him in an airport.

Be open to how it’ll unfold for you and enjoy the adventure.

Heaven and Hell

Amy from Portland, MI, asked:

Hi Julie,

I have a loaded question for you … does Hell exist?

My son died instantly in a car accident so I don’t know if he had time to go through the 12 Phases of Transition.

At the time of his death, I know he and my other son were not only questioning the existence of God, they said there was no God.

It hurts so much that part of my future is gone and I feel, in a word, “hopeless”.

I am curious if my son is in Hell, (if there is one), or in Heaven?

Life is not supposed to work in this order.

Thanks,

Amy

Hi Amy,

My sincere condolences on the loss of your son. I can’t even imagine what you’re going through.

I truly believe, when he transitioned, your son absolutely experienced the Twelve Phases of Transition®, was surrounded by angels and the spirits of deceased loved ones and pets, and was then escorted to Heaven by angels.

Time doesn’t exist is the non-physical-spirit reality, (time is a human creation), and regardless of whether someone dies instantly like your son, or over days, weeks, months, years, we all go through a glorious process I call the Twelve Phases of Transition®.

As for whether your son is in Heaven or Hell, I believe he is absolutely in what we know as Heaven and is surrounded by love, joy, and the spirits of deceased loved ones. I also believe he’s around you.

Religious leaders and scholars have been debating for millennia whether an afterlife exists and includes paradise or eternal suffering.

In a papal audience on July 28, 1999, Pope Saint John Paul II said, “More than a physical place, hell is the state of those who freely and definitively separate themselves from God, the source of all life and joy.”

And, in his book Heaven and Hell: A History of the Afterlife, Bart D. Ehrman, distinguished professor of religious studies at the University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill and a leading authority on the New Testament and early Christianity states, “Jesus stood in a very long line of serious thinkers who refused to believe that a good God would torture his creatures for eternity. The idea of eternal hell was very much a late comer on the Christian scene, developed decades after Jesus’ death and honed to a fine pitch in the preaching of fire and brimstone that later followers sometimes attributed to Jesus himself. But the torments of hell were not preached by either Jesus or his original Jewish followers; they emerged among later gentile converts who did not hold to the Jewish notion of a future resurrection of the dead. These later Christians came out of Greek culture and its belief that souls were immortal and would survive death.”

Regarding Hell, Professor Ehrman goes on to say, “The word Jesus uses is ‘Gehenna’. The term does not refer to a place of eternal torment but to a notorious valley just outside the walls of Jerusalem, believed by many Jews at the time to be the most unholy, god-forsaken place on earth.”

So, do Heaven and Hell really exist? Guess we’ll find out when we die.

In the meantime, as humans, all we can do is conjecture by listening to differing points of view and paying attention to what resonates with us.

Help For Mom

Nadine from Leominster, MA, asked:

Hi Julie,

I was lucky to have found you and your podcast when I happened upon an interview with Jan Engels-Smith.  Thank you for the work you do.

My mother will be 94 in June and has a host of pretty severe medical issues. I understand she is preparing to pass on, but I don’t understand why she has to suffer so excruciatingly. On top of everything she has been through, she just was just diagnosed with shingles.

Can you possibly connect with her and send her whatever healing she needs so she can enjoy whatever time she chooses to have left? She lives in Bradenton, FL.

I cannot express how special my mother is, and I know I can only do so much.

Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

Hi Nadine,

Thanks for your note and kind comments.

I’m so sorry to hear your mother is suffering.

To get some information for you, I first energetically connected to you and from you to her.

Your mom is in Phase 7 of the Twelve Phases of Transition® which means she is in the active dying phase.

She is surrounded by angels and the spirits of deceased loved ones and pets. For more information on this end-of-life scenario, please read or listen to my book Angelic Attendants: What Really Happens As We Transition From This Life Into The Next.

Please consider downloading the Twelve Phases chart and save it on your phone. When you want an update, just ask (either aloud or in your head) as to what Phase of Transition your mom’s in. An answer will immediately come in as a thought in your head. Refer to the chart.

As for the suffering part, I suggest you consider engaging a hospice agency. They’ll be able to manage your mom’s pain and provide the medical support she needs. In addition, the hospice staff will assist you and your family as you take care of your mother.

Lastly, I sent calming, healing energy to your mom. Hope it helps.

Cataract and Glaucoma Healing

Helen from Fairfield, IA, asked:

Dear Julie,

I have had 15 VERY VIVID DREAMS of seeing clearly with both eyes without having cataract surgery.

A few years ago, an eye doctor told me that I had a very rare condition that he had only seen in books and that if I ever had cataract surgery there would need to be a retina specialist on standby.

Of course, that scared me to death, and I promised myself that I would find some other way to get rid of my cataracts. I also have glaucoma and use eye drops for it.

Lately, the blurriness has been increasing, especially in the right eye. This was about the same time I started having the vivid dreams of seeing clearly!

My sister, Andrea has encouraged me to reach out to you as she has had marvelous healing experiences with you in the last year.

So, my question is, have you ever been able to dissolve or remove cataracts in anyone, and also eliminate glaucoma? And, would you be able to do this for me?

Thank you so much.

Helen

Hi Helen,

Thanks for your note and thanks to your sister for introducing us.

Yes, I often work with clients who have cataracts and glaucoma.

The Cleveland Clinic says, “Cataracts are the clouding of the lens of your eye, which is normally clear. Most cataracts develop slowly over time, causing symptoms such as blurry vision. Cataracts can be surgically removed through an outpatient procedure that restores vision in nearly everyone.”

And, the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) says, “Glaucoma is a disease that damages your eye’s optic nerve. It usually happens when fluid builds up in the front part of your eye. That extra fluid increases the pressure in your eye, damaging the optic nerve.”

To help you heal, I first energetically connected to you and was led to your left eye. I “watched” (in my mind’s eye) the cloudy lens get removed and replaced with an energetic intraocular lens (IOL). Then, the same procedure was done on your right eye.

Next, I saw an energetic laser make a few tiny holes in both eyes. This will help relieve the pressure associated with your glaucoma.

If you decide to have cataract surgery, I believe you’ll have a fabulous outcome since it has already happened energetically.

Healings occur on the energetic level and integrate into the body. That can happen instantly, take days, weeks, months, or longer, and may need complimentary care like surgery, medicine, etc.

It’s always our spirit’s prerogative to integrate the healing in a way that will best facilitate what it’s exploring in this lifetime.

Hope this helps you see clearly!

Revised Life Purpose

Veena from Bangalore, India, asked:

Hi Julie,

My name is Veena and I am a cancer survivor.

I want to live my life again afresh and I request you to help me understand my life purpose.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Veena

Hi Veena,

Thanks for your note and congratulations on your renewed good health!

Life purpose isn’t something we find, it’s something we feel.

Each of us incarnates with one goal in mind … to create. What we create is based on our free will and is up to us.

If we remember that our thoughts create our reality, it helps us understand that we’re really creating every waking minute of every hour of every day.

With that in mind, I encourage you to think of things that interest you. What bring you joy?

When pondering something, pay attention to how it feels. If it feels good, explore it and take action. For example, you could read a book, talk with someone or visit a website on the topic.

You’ll be guided step by step to where your spirit is leading you.

Trust the people you need will show up exactly when you need them and they will.

It’s really that simple.

Enjoy the journey!

Child’s Past Life

Logan from Reno, NV, asked:

Hi Julie,

I have a five-year-old son who is angered very easily and is often telling me how sad he is.

He’s also told my husband and me since he could talk, that he didn’t want to be born, that he wanted to stay in the stars, and that he is scared to die.

There are times he says out of the blue, that he is a bad person and it just breaks my heart.

I fear something awful happened to him in a past life and he is fearful of repeating it again in this lifetime.

We have a very close and loving family and we support him as much as we can but there are times I am at a loss of words for what his sweet little soul is expressing to me.

Would you be willing to scan his body for anything that might be agitating him with his health and/or anything he might be carrying over from a past life? I want to help and support him as much as I can.

Thank you for the beautiful work that you do. I so enjoy reading your blogs and hearing about all the healing and love you share with the world.

Love,

Logan

Hi Logan,

Thanks for your question and kind comments about my work.

I can only imagine how frightening your young son’s words must be to you and your family.

In order to get some information for you, I energetically connected to you and from you to your son.

After gaining his permission to scan him, I noticed he is full of toxins, in particular, mold.

Have you had a water leak or a mold issue in your home? Perhaps a past home? How about his school?

In Mold Toxicity: A Common Cause of Psychiatric Symptoms, Psychology Today states, “Toxic mold-based illness is a very prevalent and under diagnosed condition that can manifest in many different ways, including with symptoms that are exclusively psychiatric, such as depression, anxiety, attentional problems, brain fog and insomnia.”

The article goes on to say, “Vulnerability to mold toxicity is only present in 25% of the population, who in most cases, have a genetic predisposition which inhibits their clearance of biotoxins. A family can all be living in the same house with mold growth, but only one family member will become ill. This is because that person is the only one with the genetic vulnerability.”

First and foremost, I believe your son’s anger and emotional issues are caused by depression and anxiety from mold toxicity.

Second, while doing a past life scan on your son, I learned he’s had many past lives in which depression was an issue. These lifetimes include both male and female experiences, different locations, and at different times in history. This round, his spirit is experiencing the opportunity to find the cause of his depression and to heal it.

Lastly, we’re all born with intuitive abilities and small children often talk about past lives, seeing and/or communicating with deceased loved ones and can sometimes predict future events.

Children’s intuitive skills often begin to wane around the age of seven. By this time, the child has usually been told by parents, grandparents, teachers, and friends that the psychic phenomena they’re witnessing isn’t real, rather, it’s just their imagination. The child then learns to disregard their intuitive thoughts.

A few suggestions:

1) Find a functional medicine physician at ifm.org who can treat mold exposure

2)  Engage a mold specialist with remediation skills like We Inspect

3) Get an air purifier and run it in your son’s bedroom

4) Consider feeding him a high (good) fat, low carbohydrate diet. In a study of more than 13,000 kids titled Association Between Junk Food Consumption and Mental Health , researchers found, “Junk food consumption may increase the risk for psychiatric distress and violent behaviors in children and adolescents. Improvement of eating habits toward healthier diets may be an effective approach for improving mental health.”

5) Use my children’s books (Angel Messages Series) to explain and begin a conversation validating your son’s comments about previous lives, etc. This will help him learn how special he is.

Hope this information helps your son, you, and your family.

Obesity Healing

Dee from Daytona Beach, FL, asked:

Hi Julie,

My daughter, aged 26, is at least 100 pounds overweight and I’m concerned for her health.

Her dad has diabetes and I am fearful this will be her eventual fate too.

Are her weight issues because of some failure on my part as her mother?

I know she knows she is overweight and doesn’t need me pointing it out. Plus, I’m afraid of hurting her.

Can you please scan her and help plant the seed for healing?

Thanks,

Dee

Hi Dee,

Thanks for your question.

Your concern for your obese child’s health is one a lot of parents share with you.

You are NOT responsible for your daughter’s weight issues. No one can control another person because no one can control what someone thinks.

New research is validating what those of us who’ve struggled with weight issues (myself included) have known for a long time. It isn’t about will power, rather, it’s something physiological that causes us to crave certain foods and eat more, even when we’re full.

In their paper, Addictive Genes and the Relationship to Obesity and Inflammation, David Heber, MD and Catherine Carpenter, PhD, researchers at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, stated, “There is increasing evidence that the same brain reward circuits involved in perpetuating drug abuse are involved in the hedonic urges and food cravings observed clinically in overweight and obese subjects.”

In addition, the doctors found, “While the DRD2 gene increases the likelihood of food addiction and obesity, the LEP-R gene influences appetite control and has been associated with elevated levels of body fat and body composition. The joint influence of DRD2 and LEP-R could therefore predispose individuals to weight gain and obesity if risk alleles are carried from both genes.”

The good news is, proven strategies are available that can help someone dealing with obesity.

Casey Means, MD, a Stanford-educated metabolic specialist teaches how to combine foods and eliminate cravings and David Perlmutter, MD, has found controlling uric acid levels can solve obesity issues.

With a SPECT scan, Daniel Amen, MD, can identify areas of the brain responsible for addictive behavior and help heal them.

Simply getting a gut biome test and identifying the best foods for a person to eat, can help heal inflammation in the gut and promote wellness. Inflammation often originates in the gut and is the cause of most health problems.

As for your daughter, after obtaining her permission to scan her, I “saw” (in my mind’s eye), anti-inflammatory energy address the massive amounts of inflammation in her body.

That was followed by a DNA healing to help reconfigure the obesity-causing genes and help her choose foods that will support health.

Please consider scheduling an appointment for her with me.

Receiving information from a stranger is oftentimes the catalyst needed to pique a loved one’s interest in making beneficial changes.

Stress

Nicky from Bristol, England, asked:

Hi Julie,

I listened to your podcast, found it extraordinary, and felt the need to make contact and ask a question.

My life has been quite turbulent the past 4 years due to personal circumstances and so I was wondering whether this has had a profound effect on my overall health?

Thank you for taking the time to read this question, I hope to hear back from you.

Best wishes,

Nicky

Hi Nicky,

Thanks for your kind comments about my show.

The answer to your question about whether stress can affect your health is … ABSOLUTELY!

Regardless of the cause, stress puts us into fight or flight mode raising our cortisol levels and causing inflammation in our bodies. And, as you probably know, inflammation is the root cause of most chronic health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, etc.

My friend, health expert Dave Asprey, has the following suggestions for reducing stress:

– Get daily sunlight exposure in your eyes and on your skin

– Avoid checking your phone for the first couple of hours each day

– Be grateful

– Make a list of things you’ll accomplish and prioritize them.

I concur and also suggest following my Two-Minute Rule™.

Instead of worrying about your health and causing more stress, inflammation, and discomfort, take action and do something each day to improve your health and life.

Remember, everything can be healed!

Hope you find this information helpful.

Forgiveness Requested

Elaine from Raleigh, NC, asked:

Hi Julie,

My parents passed away within 10 months of each other.

My father’s passing was difficult for my mother. She had Covid and even though she thought she’d recover, she wanted to be with my father in Heaven.

The pandemic prevented valuable family moments. I couldn’t travel to see my parents before they became ill and I regret not spending more time with them.

At the end, I was able to be with my mother at the hospital when she told the nurses that my father and some angels were around her.

I now know my mom was not alone while passing to the spiritual world. She was with my dad, angels, her parents, and other family members.

Did she suffer while in the hospital? Is she now reunited with my father like she wanted?

Please ask my mom to forgive me for not going to visit when she asked me to and tell both of my parents that I miss them every day and love them.

Thanks,

Elaine

Hi Elaine,

My sincere condolences on the passing of your parents.

You are absolutely right in believing your parents were surrounded by angels and the spirits of deceased loved ones and pets as they transitioned. In fact, no one dies alone.

That’s what I discuss in my book Angelic Attendants: What Really Happens As We Transition From This Life Into The Next and it’s validated and corroborated by many healthcare, hospice, and funeral professionals. In addition, Christopher Kerr, MD, found close to 90% of end-of-life patients report seeing the spirits of deceased loved ones and pets in Death Is But A Dream.

Regarding your questions:
– Yes, your mother is now reunited with your dad and all deceased family members, friends, and pets.
– Yes, she did suffer in the hospital and appreciates the care she received.

As for your parents forgiving you for not spending more time with them, they said there wasn’t anything to forgive. They wanted you to know they’re always around you and your family and that they love you very much.

To help you heal, you may want to write a letter (using a pen and paper) to your parents and mention everything you’ve been feeling about your limited time with them and their passing. Include every thought and emotion you can think of and forget about spelling, grammar, etc. Just let your thoughts flow into the words you put on paper.

Once finished, take the letter outside and burn it. Watch the smoke rise toward Heaven and scatter the cooled ashes in your garden knowing your parents are receiving this special gift from you.

I believe you’ll find this exercise to be comforting, healing, and emotionally joyful.
