C-Section & Candida

Angie from Schenevus, New York, asked:

Hi Julie!

Since having my daughter by C-section 2 1/2 years ago I have not felt like myself.

I have had increased weight gain, severe bloating, fatigue, vertigo, chronic diarrhea (yikes, sorry to mention that), headaches, and pain in my foot.

I went from being active and energetic to completely not feeling like myself and having a hard time with the day-to-day routine.

I want to be healthier for my little ones! They are my soul purpose and I don’t feel like I am the best me I can be feeling the way I do.

I would love to have your medical intuitive scanning. I have had several ultrasounds and tests for gluten, etc, and they have yet to find the root cause.

Thank you in advance Julie! What a blessing you are to the world.

Hi Angie,

When scanning you, I see an overabundance of Candida (a systemic yeast infection) throughout your whole body. It looks like the white powder you see on a yeast roll and I believe is what’s causing your symptoms.

Once I energetically blew out the white powder, I could see your organs look like those of an elderly woman. No wonder you’re exhausted.

This condition has probably been caused by two things. First you were most likely given antibiotics (probably through an IV) when you had your C-Section. Those antibiotics killed off a bunch of the good bacteria in your stomach. Second, your estrogen levels are affected by the Candida yeast.

The “yeasties” are crafty little critters. They replicate at an amazing rate and cause all sorts of problems. Candida can release over 100 known toxins into the blood stream through tears in the lining of your GI tract and cause a large variety of symptoms. This condition is known as Leaky Gut Syndrome and is called the missing diagnosis because so few doctors are knowledgeable enough to detect and treat it.

For most of my life, I had similar symptoms to yours (due to serious overuse of antibiotics for chronic streph throat and sinus infections), and finally found a doctor (at the age of 40) who properly diagnosed my Candida problem. The late Dr. Orian Truss, MD is widely considered to be the godfather of systemic yeast issues. Patients came from all over the world to see him.

Over the years Dr. Truss and I had many lengthy discussions about Candida and I learned a lot from him. One time, he took me into his lab and showed me slides of a 30 year-old woman. This patient’s blood tests indicated a normal estrogen level, while the slides from a vaginal swab showed the cells of a 90 year old post-menopausal woman.

Dr. Truss explained when systemic yeast is rampant, the outer cell wall can become impenetrable. In this patient’s case, and I believe in your case, the estrogen in the blood isn’t getting in to the cell and nourishing it. This results in symptoms like the ones you describe as well as many others that are usually found in elderly people with low hormone levels.

So, I suggest doing a search on “Candida Yeast Overgrowth” and following the dietary recommendations from the Bulletproof Executive. Bulletproof has an easy to follow food chart you can download for free.

Basically, avoid processed foods, sugars, wine, beer, alcohol, dairy, and aged and fermented foods. You may want to get your doctor to prescribe an anti-fungal medication like Nystatin (a natural bacteria found in the ground that kills yeast), to initially aid in getting rid of the yeast. You may feel a bit worse the first few days of treatment as the yeast dies off. Just stick with it and know your condition is completely fixable and won’t cause any permanent damage to your body.

Lastly, you have a large energy field leak in your pelvic area. This is caused by emotional trauma experienced either at some point in your life, or in a past life. Emotional issues always precede physical/medical conditions by disrupting the body’s energy flow. I’ll be delighted to help you explore the cause and heal that leak one on one.

Hope this helps.

Blessings,

Julie

Why Am I Tired, Achy, and Gaining Weight?

Anne from Portland, OR, asked:

“Dear Julie, Thank you for this opportunity to ask you a question. Lately I have been feeling very fatigued and also am having unusual body aches and pains especially from my hips down to my feet. And, my weight has been increasing without probable cause. Why? Thank you again.”

Hi Anne,

I can see a lot of inflammation throughout your body when scanning you and I believe you are sensitive to gluten.

Although that sounds so simple, when I energetically got your inflammation calmed down and asked to be shown what was causing the problem, I saw a field of wheat.

You may want to check out the Bullet Proof and Eat Fat-Get Thin methods. I believe they can help you with the fatigue, aches, and weight gain.

BTW … I had dinner a couple days ago with a dear friend who has suffered from awful arthritis pain and weight issues for most of her life. Since giving up gluten in November, she has lost 30 pounds and more importantly, her arthritic pain is completely gone!

Hope this technique works for you as well.

Blessings,

Julie

A Time Of Uncertainty?

Avery from Detroit, MI, asked:

“Dear Julie,

I have been in a place where I feel as if I am surrounded by nothing but negativity even when I have tried with all my might to make it positive. I have tried to stick it out, resulting in spending 2 years of my life here. I am at a point now where I feel that it’s best for me to return home and stay closer to family for the time being. I am constantly stressed about the uncertainty of what will happen if I decide to start over by leaving what I know to be closer to home. This entire situation has brought me to believe that I must not be meant to belong anywhere. How do I handle this situation?”

Hi Avery,

First of all, you, (like everyone), are special, have a purpose in life, and do belong wherever you choose. So much of what we think can be quickly turned into something fabulous if we just acquire the necessary skills to do so. I believe every situation has good outcomes, it’s all a matter of our perspective and how quickly we learn to get into the habit of positively changing our outlook. We humans spend way too much time being so serious. Life is supposed to be interesting, adventurous, and fun!

Having said all, that, when scanning you, I saw that your spirit was out of your body and connected to the top of your head. Although you’re not dying, please refer to Phase 1 of the Twelve Phases of Transition graphics to get a picture of how our spirit can attach to the top of our head. This phenomenon is very common, can occur (among other things), when someone is under anesthesia, when they’re depressed, or when they’re dreaming, and everyone experiences it a lot.

When I had you on my radar, it looked like you were mildly depressed (of course, if you have depression that feels intense and/or lasts for a period of time, please get help from a mental health practitioner.) So, I pulled your spirit back into your body and it stayed there. This will help you stay focused on what you want and where you want to be. Keep in mind, we have the ability to create the life we want regardless of how far-fetched it may seem. A book you might find helpful in producing your ideal life is “A Perception of Reality” by Gary Temple Bodley. I’ve found it offered some of the most practical, useful, tips I’ve ever read and implemented myself.

If you only focus on what you enjoy, everything else will fall into place.

Blessings,

Julie

What’s Causing My Heartburn?

Sheridan from Hayward, CA, asked:

“For the past month I have been experiencing heartburn. It comes around the same time each night and is now waking me up early in the morning. I’ve tried linking it to certain foods and no luck. Never happens during the day. Any thoughts on what’s causing it? Thank you!”

Hi Sheridan,

Thanks for your question, sorry about your heartburn.

When scanning you, I see that your whole GI tract is inflamed, especially your esophagus. After watching anti-inflammatory energy applied to your red, swollen, tissues, I could see the culprit. It’s an overabundance of Candida yeast. Your GI system is full of what looks like the white powder found on a yeast roll.

The good news is, this situation is completely fixable and shouldn’t cause any damage to your body.

Please refer to my recent post for quick, easy, inexpensive, suggestions to help your body heal.

Blessings,

Julie

Is He Coming Back?

LaShunda from Douglasville, GA, asked:

“I have been on and off with a guy for nearly 3 years now. We had a disagreement and we haven’t spoken in over a month. Do you feel he’ll come back for a serious relationship? If so, when? Is he involved with someone else at the moment?”

Hi LaShunda,

Right now at this moment in time I’m getting that he won’t come back for a serious relationship and that he is currently involved with someone else.

Keep in mind, when predicting the future, there are an unlimited amount of variables that can affect outcome. Will you meet someone you like better? Will his current relationship work out? Does he really possess the attributes you want in a man? The possibilities are endless.

Any decision or combination of choices can change the course of a relationship (or anything else) which makes the future unpredictable. This phenomenon is what religions refer to when discussing how “free will” impacts our lives.

I believe there is always a much bigger picture unfolding than we’re able to perceive. And, I believe things are always happening in our best interest, even when life gets uncomfortable. We’ve all experienced tough situations that have eventually ended up benefitting us.

Do your best to focus on what you want. Think of all the wonderful qualities you’d like to have in your partner and you’ll be more likely to attract that special somebody. Enjoy the adventure!

Blessings,

Julie

Do I Have Allergies?

Melda from Danville, CA, asked:

“I have been having sinus/nasal congestion – like I have a cold. I’ve been coughing trying to get rid of the mucus in my chest. Had chest X-rays and they said my lungs are normal. Is it allergies? Why can’t I get rid of this cough and stuffy nose?

You helped me in 2006 when my Mom passed away. I will always be eternally grateful for your help.  She is now one of my angels!”

Hi Melda,

Terrific to hear from you.

It was such an honor and privilege to work with you when your mom was dying. She is absolutely one of your angels because she is always watching over you.

Regarding your sinus/nasal congestion/cough … when scanning you I can see that your sinuses are inflamed. I worked on getting the inflammation calmed down in order to see the cause. Although there is a lot of mucus present, I don’t see an infection. It’s the same for your lungs, lots of inflammation without an infection.

What I did see was that you’re surrounded by mold. I believe you may have a mold problem in your home. I also believe your breathing in the mold spores may be what’s causing your symptoms.

For more information on how mold can affect you physically/medically and how to get well, please check out moldymovie.com, Ritchie Shoemaker, MD, and Suzanne Somers’ new book Tox-Sick.

Hope this helps and hope you feel better soon!

Blessings,

Julie

Cause of Clumsiness?

Gloria from Birmingham, AL, asked:

“I am very clumsy which makes me nervous.  My hands shake,  I drop things several times having to stoop often before getting it picked up and things often fall around me.  Is this condition caused by my medication or something physical?”

Hi Gloria,

I believe what you call “clumsiness” is being caused by your breathing the spores from toxic mold in your home, especially in your front living room. Exposure to mold can cause a lot of different symptoms, and motor skills are one of them. Here are a couple links to learn more: https://moldymovie.com/ and www.survivingmold.com.

The good news is, I believe your symptoms are treatable.

Blessings,

Julie

Lost Sense Of Self

Avery from Grosse Pointe, MI, asked:

“Can you please read my spirit and tell me what is to come? I have been in a time in my life where I’ve lost a sense of who I am and am slowly recovering from it. I would love for you to tell me why this is and if I am handling it correctly. Thank you so much for your help and time.”

Hi Avery,

When I scanned your body, you looked like a dirt figure with flowers growing out of it. Imagine an outline of your body and many multi-colored flowers of all types, shapes, and sizes growing from the perimeter of your body outline.

To me, this symbolizes that you’re growing wonderful life experiences. Although you may feel like dirt (lack of sense of self), it’s all part of facilitating a beautiful garden (life).

My advice is to keep going in the direction you’re now headed even if you don’t really have a grasp on what that is. Something that may help is to ask yourself this question, about anything … “Is it in my best interest to … (and finish the sentence)”. The answer you get will happen immediately, as quickly as you can snap your fingers. That answer is your intuition (spiritual guidance) and will always supersede intellect. Our intuition is always right. If the answer takes longer than a second, it’s your brain talking.

Also, remember, we co-create our lives with God, who always has a plan for us. When we loosen trying to control everything, we’ll normally get a life and/or experience that’s even better than what we initially imagined.

Blessings, Julie

Lack of Emotion

Shannon from San Diego, CA, asked:

Throughout my life I’ve never really had much emotion. All of my friends call me emotionless because I don’t cry in sad movies, I’ve never liked a guy, I don’t fight with people. If I am ever sad or depressed I never show it to anyone, not even my closest friends. Why am I so out of touch with my emotions? Also I’ve always felt like I have had a bland life. Not that it’s a bad thing, because I genuinely appreciate everything my parents have done for me. It’s just nothing bad or tragic has happened nor anything spectacular. I don’t feel like I have any special qualities about myself or life.  I want to know if it’s bad that I feel this way or if I’m just taking everything for granted.

Hi Shannon,

You’re not out of touch with your emotions; you just don’t wear them on your sleeve for everyone to see. My guess is you either weren’t allowed to express your emotions as a child, or weren’t around people who did.

In addition, I don’t get that you take anyone or anything for granted. I get that you sincerely appreciate your life and loved ones. Your ability to remain calm is an extraordinary quality, one your friends most likely appreciate in you.

Having said all that, everything you mentioned about yourself is good. You are the one who controls your reaction to something. If you want to be more demonstrative, you will. In the meantime, all is well.

Blessings, Julie
