Solving Chronic Indecisiveness

Jen from Portland, OR, asked:

Hi Julie,

I’m a mom of four whose kids are getting older and I’m beginning to dream about my life’s next chapter.

What should be such an exciting time is privately painful for me. I am plagued with indecision and insecurities which keep me feeling very stuck.

I am working on following what “feels” good but the pressure I put on myself is almost unbearable. This indecisiveness has been a lifetime pattern and it feels to me like a subconscious, energetic, or spiritual block.

Could you please scan my body to discover what might be the culprit? I am 53 years-old and I really want to elevate my vibration to march confidently on my path of purpose!

Thank you in advance — I appreciate all that you do!

Jen

Hi Jen,

As you’ve realized, new chapters in life can be both exciting and terrifying at the same time.

The good news, however, is that we can train our brains to minimize fear and maximize the enjoyment aspect of any situation.

Thoughts don’t have meaning unless we give it to them. And, unlike what most of are led to believe, thoughts don’t originate in our heads, rather, they are attracted to us based on what we’re thinking at any given moment.

Now, like everything else in our reality, thoughts have a vibration. They either feel good or bad. If they feel good, they’re most likely true. If, however, a thought feels bad, it’s always based in fear.

Anger, grief, jealousy, boredom, etc., are all examples of fear. The key is to figure out if the fear is real (called a rational fear) or imagined (irrational fear).

So, when you have a thought come into your head like I can’t do that job because (fill in the blanks), just ask yourself, “Is this going to kill me in the next two-minutes?”

If the answer is yes, change the conditions before you get hurt or killed. If the answer is no, then you’re suffering over an irrational fear that’s false. I call this technique the Two-Minute Rule™ and it works great.

When we identify fake fears, we can avoid losing clarity and prevent our bodies from going into fight or flight mode. This alone will enhance your decision-making abilities.

By the way, you don’t have any blocks or physical issues, only irrational fear that’s causing your indecisiveness.

Give the Two-Minute Rule™ a try. It’s free and convenient because it works anywhere your brain is, and your brain is usually with you wherever you go!

Eradicate Stress and Anxiety

Sofia from Raleigh, NC, asked:

Hi Julie,

Thank you for this space to ask about my current body fatigue & pain.

What can I do to heal myself and feel energetic, youthful, vital, whole, pain free, joyful, have a luscious head of hair and express my beauty again?

Since my husband’s passing in 2019, I have taken on a lot of things that were not my choice and have felt anxious, overwhelmed, and put-upon by them.

I just want to feel even more alive and joyful than I did before his transition.

Please give me guidance.

Thank you so very much.

Sofia

Hi Sofia,

My sincere condolences on the passing of your husband.

All thoughts and emotions that feel bad are based in fear. Anger, grief, jealously, boredom, actual fear, etc., are all great examples of this concept.

Now, it’s important to remember that humans are hardwired for fear. It’s what keeps us alive.

The only challenge is, our bodies don’t know the difference between something that will actually harm us and something that’s just a stressful situation.

Whenever we feel fear, our bodies go into fight or flight, release cortisol and other stress hormones, and lose clarity. These chemicals also create inflammation, the root cause of any type of pain.

So, the next time you feel bad, just ask yourself the following question, “Will this kill me in the next two minutes”? It’ll be a yes or no answer.

If the answer is yes, that’ll be a rational (real) fear. Change the conditions before you’re hurt or even killed.

If however, the answer is no (and it will be 99% of the time), you know your emotions are based in an irrational fear and it’s false. You’re just using your imagination to envision something you don’t want.

Implement the Two-Minute Rule® and make it a habit. It’ll decrease your anxiety and stress levels and will help you live a life of abundance and joy.

For more information about and examples of this technique, please check out my new book, The Two-Minute Rule: The Key to an Amazing Life.

Child’s Past Life

Logan from Reno, NV, asked:

Hi Julie,

I have a five-year-old son who is angered very easily and is often telling me how sad he is.

He’s also told my husband and me since he could talk, that he didn’t want to be born, that he wanted to stay in the stars, and that he is scared to die.

There are times he says out of the blue, that he is a bad person and it just breaks my heart.

I fear something awful happened to him in a past life and he is fearful of repeating it again in this lifetime.

We have a very close and loving family and we support him as much as we can but there are times I am at a loss of words for what his sweet little soul is expressing to me.

Would you be willing to scan his body for anything that might be agitating him with his health and/or anything he might be carrying over from a past life? I want to help and support him as much as I can.

Thank you for the beautiful work that you do. I so enjoy reading your blogs and hearing about all the healing and love you share with the world.

Love,

Logan

Hi Logan,

Thanks for your question and kind comments about my work.

I can only imagine how frightening your young son’s words must be to you and your family.

In order to get some information for you, I energetically connected to you and from you to your son.

After gaining his permission to scan him, I noticed he is full of toxins, in particular, mold.

Have you had a water leak or a mold issue in your home? Perhaps a past home? How about his school?

In Mold Toxicity: A Common Cause of Psychiatric Symptoms, Psychology Today states, “Toxic mold-based illness is a very prevalent and under diagnosed condition that can manifest in many different ways, including with symptoms that are exclusively psychiatric, such as depression, anxiety, attentional problems, brain fog and insomnia.”

The article goes on to say, “Vulnerability to mold toxicity is only present in 25% of the population, who in most cases, have a genetic predisposition which inhibits their clearance of biotoxins. A family can all be living in the same house with mold growth, but only one family member will become ill. This is because that person is the only one with the genetic vulnerability.”

First and foremost, I believe your son’s anger and emotional issues are caused by depression and anxiety from mold toxicity.

Second, while doing a past life scan on your son, I learned he’s had many past lives in which depression was an issue. These lifetimes include both male and female experiences, different locations, and at different times in history. This round, his spirit is experiencing the opportunity to find the cause of his depression and to heal it.

Lastly, we’re all born with intuitive abilities and small children often talk about past lives, seeing and/or communicating with deceased loved ones and can sometimes predict future events.

Children’s intuitive skills often begin to wane around the age of seven. By this time, the child has usually been told by parents, grandparents, teachers, and friends that the psychic phenomena they’re witnessing isn’t real, rather, it’s just their imagination. The child then learns to disregard their intuitive thoughts.

A few suggestions:

1) Find a functional medicine physician at ifm.org who can treat mold exposure

2)  Engage a mold specialist with remediation skills like We Inspect

3) Get an air purifier and run it in your son’s bedroom

4) Consider feeding him a high (good) fat, low carbohydrate diet. In a study of more than 13,000 kids titled Association Between Junk Food Consumption and Mental Health , researchers found, “Junk food consumption may increase the risk for psychiatric distress and violent behaviors in children and adolescents. Improvement of eating habits toward healthier diets may be an effective approach for improving mental health.”

5) Use my children’s books (Angel Messages Series) to explain and begin a conversation validating your son’s comments about previous lives, etc. This will help him learn how special he is.

Hope this information helps your son, you, and your family.

Viennese Conundrum

Manca from Vienna, Austria, asked:

Hi Julie,

I would like to ask about my health problems.

I have nausea and pain in my stomach as well as itching and burning sensations in my body. It feels like some kind of infection.

I also feel like my nervous system has some problems which makes me frequently anxious and agitated.

Can you please scan me and provide more information as to what is going on with me?

Thank you so much.

Kind regards,

Manca

Hi Manca,

In order to get some information about the cause of your symptoms, I first energetically connected to you in Vienna and “saw” (in my mind’s eye) lots of inflammation.

Inflammation looks like red fog over body parts and in your case, it was your whole body that was inflamed.

Once I applied royal blue anti-inflammatory energy, I could “see” (again in my mind’s eye) that you have been exposed to mold. Do you have a mold or mildew issue in your home or workplace?

I was able to remove the mold out of your energy field and then focused on removing the yeast overgrowth in your GI tract. Yeast issues are almost always present when someone has been exposed to mold. These two conditions are responsible for a plethora of symptoms and I believe are the culprits with your stomach, itching and burning as well as your anxiety and feeling agitated issues.

Having said all that, here are some resources you can access to help you heal:

SurvivingMold.com and MoldyMovie.com are both full of useful suggestions for you, your body and your home. And Homebiotic.com is where you can find a non-toxic spray with bacteria that eats mold. They also have a home test kit you might find helpful.

Regarding your yeast issue, since food is the best medicine, you’ll want to know the optimal foods to eat and avoid to regain your health. The best way to accomplish that is with a gut biome test.

In addition, do your best to stay low on the food chain. If God made it, eat it. If man made it, avoid it. Peel fruit, avoid putting lemon slices in your water and other drinks and stay away from fermented foods and alcohol.

When an overabundance of yeast is present in the gut, it turns our bodies into fermentation factories. Adding other fermented food and drink just exacerbates the problem.

Hope this information provides a robust beginning to your healing journey and hope you feel better soon.

Stalks of Wheat

Cherie from Mobara, Chiba, Japan, asked:

Hi Julie,

My daughter Reina (age 16) has had fatigue since she was around 13, about the time she started having cystic acne.

She also went through a period of intense anxiety and depression as well and had a year of weekly therapy, which helped quite a bit.

We moved her out of the Japanese school system into an international school where she is finishing her first year of high school.

She has done better than I could have imagined but still has some social issues and the chronic fatigue is still a problem for her. Reina has been tested for various obvious causes by a neurologist and pediatric cardiologist.

No one has any idea what’s causing her symptoms although the cardiologist basically told me it was all psychological.  Any ideas about what is going on?

Thank you!

Hi Cherie,

Sounds like Reina is a special young lady and sounds like she’s fortunate to have you as her mother.

In order to gather information, I energetically connected to you then through you to Reina. After explaining who I was, Reina gave me permission to scan her.

First and foremost, Reina has lots of inflammation in her body. Once I got the inflammation calmed down, I was shown a field of wheat. That tells me she has a wheat/gluten allergy. Try removing all foods containing wheat for a couple of weeks and see if it makes a difference. My guess is it will.

In addition, Reina is full of Candida yeast. It looks just like the white powder used to make bread. She has a whopping case of Candida overgrowth and it has caused irritation and tiny tears in the lining of Reina’s intestines. These tears are allowing toxins from the yeast to get into Reina’s blood stream and cause the symptoms you describe as well as others not mentioned.

As part of the healing, I watched the yeast get blown out of Reina’s system, the tiny lacerations get energetically sutured, and a white cream get applied to calm her tender tissues.

Now, here are some suggestions that will help Reina feel better:

1) Remember, food is medicine. Go to bulletproofexec.com/diet and download the food chart. It’s free. Have her eat what’s on it and dramatically increase her healthy fat (olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, grass fed butter) intake.

Diet alone will help with Reina’s fatigue, depression, anxiety and inflammation issues.

2) Check out the following books:

The Bullet Proof Diet by Dave Asprey

Eat Fat, Get Thin by Mark Hyman, MD

Fat for Fuel by Joseph Mercola, MD

All three books address Candida, cystic acne, chronic fatigue, etc.

3) Find a functional medicine doctor. He/she will be trained to reverse engineer Reina’s symptoms to find the cause and will treat her body as a whole system. Go to the Institute for Functional Medicine, put in your city, prefecture and country then choose from the list of physicians in your area.

The best part of all is, I believe Reina can and will completely heal from these issues.

Hope this information helps.

P.S. Regarding Reina’s cardiologist saying her symptoms were psychological … doctors say nonsense like that when they don’t know the cause of or how to treat symptoms. Steer clear of medical providers who say such ridiculous things.
